This is the interview at registration. We interview the students Shi En, Yee Lin, Yalini from National Junior College at Singapore!

Q. What was your motivation of participating in ISSF?
A. I thought it is an opportunity to meet international students. I’m exciting to meet students from different countries.

Q. How do you feel about being participant to ISSF?
A. I feel like it’s special to be participant, because not that many people in our school could get the chance to come here and participate the fair.

Q. What do you expect about participating ISSF?
A. I expect to learn a lot from other people, and also to learn more about myself.

Q. What is your goal to achieve in ISSF?
A. I think we came with duty of not competition but sharing research. ISSF is a science fair about sharing your research, not about winning the prize nor being the best.

This is our first interview by the 2017 ISSF Newsletter team with a KSA student buddy!😆 We interviewed Nayeon Jung(18), who was carrying out buddy work when we asked her permission for the interview.

Q1) Which buddy team do you belong and which work are you responsible for?
A1) I'm in the Science Workshop buddy team, about forensic science lead by Dr.Kang. I guide and evaluate participants on Tuesday and Wednesday during Science Workshop.

Q2) How do you feel about KSA hosting 2017 ISSF?
A2) It reminds of last year, when some of our seniors participated in the 2016 ISSF held in NUS, Singapore. It's amazing that our school is hosting ISSF. Many student buddies and teachers of KSA are hard working at each of their positions, and they look professional. It's wonderful. Principals, teachers and students from different countries are arriving, and I'm fascinated to work with people from various cultures.

Q3) What is your determination as a student buddy for 2017 ISSF?
A3) I will do my best for preparations in my buddy team, so that 2017 ISSF held in KSA is left as an exciting memory for all students and teachers participating ISSF. I hope we have a successful week!

+) Thank you Nayeon Jung for the interview!!

+) The 2017 ISSF Newletter team will be interviewing student buddies, participants and teachers throughout ISSF! It will be great if you reply to our interview😀
