In an address to the nation, Hon. Dr. Geoffery Hanley, Minister of Education, officially declared the start of the annual June Child Month festivities.

A series of church services in the Child Month celebratory framework, started on Tuesday June 02, at the People’s Evangelistic Center. Services which will continue throughout the week will feature preschoolers who will familiarize attendees with the theme “Fueling our Bodies with the Best: Good Nutrition, Movement and Rest.”

The East Zone church service led by the KeBabies Child Development Center preschoolers had the congregation raising their voices in unison and moving with songs such as If You Are Happy and You Know it; You Got to Move; and I Command My Hands to Praise the Lord. The praise and worship team effectively transformed the congregation’s potential energy to kinetic energy.
