We mourn the passing of our former student, Shervin King, whose life reflected excellence, humility, and exemplary character.
During his years at the Washington Archibald High School, Shervin distinguished himself not only academically, but also through his involvement in sports and extracurricular activities. Beyond these accomplishments, he will be most remembered for his kindness, respect, good manners, and the positive example he set for both students and teachers alike.
On behalf of the Principal, staff, and students of the Washington Archibald High School, we extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, classmates, and all whose lives he touched. May his soul rest in eternal peace. 🕊 🙏

Rainier Martin Triumphs at Tourism Youth Congress!!!! 🎊 👏 💐
Congratulations to Washington Archibald High School student, Rainier Martin of Form 4A1, on her outstanding achievement in capturing the St. Kitts Tourism Youth Congress Title after competing against representatives from secondary schools across St. Kitts.
Rainier’s eloquence, confidence, poise, and extensive knowledge of tourism truly set her apart and brought pride to the Washington Archibald High School family. Her remarkable performance is a testament to the talent, dedication, and excellence that continue to thrive within our school community.
We are especially proud to announce that Rainier will now go on to represent St. Kitts and Nevis at the Caribbean Tourism Youth Congress to be held in Guyana.
Rainier, your hard work and determination have earned you this well-deserved success, and we are confident that you will continue to shine on the regional stage.

Due to a fire in the Basseterre Valley area, smoke is affecting the school campus. Therefore, parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to collect students who have asthma, respiratory conditions, or other health concerns that may be affected by smoke exposure.
The safety and well-being of our students remain our highest priority.

A Proud WAHS Moment: Savi-K Morton Excells Abroad ✨️
The Administration, Staff and Students of the Washington Archibald High School proudly extend heartfelt congratulations to past student Savi-K Morton on his outstanding progress and achievements in football.
We are thrilled to see Savi-K making exceptional strides in his sporting journey, successfully transitioning to the Kalonji Soccer Academy (KSA) in Atlanta, Georgia, after his development at the Phoenix Academy in Jamaica. This milestone is a true testament to his dedication, discipline and passion for the game.
Adding to this remarkable achievement, Savi-K made an impressive debut by scoring his first goal in North Carolina marking an excellent start to this new chapter in his football career.
His determination and perseverance continue to inspire our students and the wider community, proving that hard work and commitment can open doors to great opportunities.
The Washington Archibald High School is immensely proud of Savi-K and celebrates his continued success both on and off the field. We wish him every success as he continues to pursue excellence and represent St. Kitts and Nevis with pride.

The Administration, Staff and Students of the Washington Archibald High School are proud to celebrate the outstanding accomplishments of our very own Jayden Alonge of 3A1, a talented young man from Newton Ground who resides in Conaree.
At just 14 years old, Jayden has already made a remarkable name for himself internationally through his YouTube platform, “JaydenAnimationz,” where his original animated creations have attracted over 130,000 subscribers and millions of views worldwide. His creativity, innovation and dedication recently earned him recognition from YouTube with a Silver Creator Award for surpassing 100,000 subscribers. This achievement speaks volumes about his hard work and determination.
What makes Jayden’s success even more commendable is his ability to balance his growing digital career with academic excellence. While excelling as a content creator, Jayden also successfully completed the CXC CSEC Mathematics examination while he was in his second year of high school, demonstrating exceptional discipline, intelligence and commitment to his education.
Jayden continues to inspire both his peers and the wider community by proving that young people can pursue their passions while striving for academic success. He is truly an example of what can be achieved through focus, talent and perseverance.
