World Down Syndrome Day will be observed on Saturday, 21 March 2026, under the theme “Together Against Loneliness.” In recognition of this day, the Ministry of Education encourages everyone to stand in support of individuals with Down syndrome.

Show your support by wearing brightly coloured or mismatched socks on Friday, 20 March 2026 as a symbol of inclusion and acceptance.

Socks can be purchased at the Cotton Thomas Comprehensive School by contacting Ms. Jeffers at 466-0038.

Let us continue to promote inclusion, belonging, and respect, ensuring that individuals with Down syndrome feel connected, valued, and supported in our schools and communities.

​We are overjoyed to announce that the Wild Side Ryders RC has officially committed to adopting Cotton Thomas Comprehensive School! Today, they visited us not only to present a generous donation but to pledge their long-term support for our students and mission.

​Many of you recognize them from our Down Syndrome Awareness activities, and we couldn’t be happier to have them riding alongside us permanently.
