Kickstart Brilliance Preschool

We were outside at The Basseterre Zone child month sports day.

We went on our usual Friday morning walk in the community .

We had our Mothers and Fathers day celebration in 1 and we called it 'Parents Appreciation Day'. It was a morning of fun and a bonding moment for our parents and children.

As a Teacher sometimes we have to find different ways of teaching to get a child to understand. We had our spelling test and this child just weren't getting the words to write them on his paper or spell them out loud for me. His mom and dad been teaching him the words so I told them I will find another way to do the words with him because getting 1/8 his parents and Teacher Tashiba weren't satisfied. I wrote each word in a row that he has been learning and I called the words out and he had to circle the word I called and look at the improvement from getting 1/8 he got 7/8. Congratulations to him.

The 2nd years children had their spelling test on sight words they had to learn.

We want to send belated birthday greetings to Ms Tashiba Clarke the proprietor of KickStart Brilliance Preschool who celebrated her birthday and mother's day on May 10th.

Today some of our children participated in the Early childhood child month cricket festival. They sure had lots of fun learning something new.

Some children fr the graduating class of 2026 and Teacher Tashiba participated in the 'Football festival' for child month.
