📢 The Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA) and The University of the West Indies (UWI) are pleased to present a Food Safety for Agri-food Processors course.

IICA invites agri-food processors, food entrepreneurs, micro and small agribusinesses, and anyone involved in food production and processing to apply.

Food safety is essential for producing high-quality products, protecting consumer health, and improving access to local, regional, and international markets. This course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and practical skills needed to strengthen food safety systems and enhance the competitiveness of their businesses.

The programme is delivered primarily online through UWI e-learning platform and facilitated by IICA.
