និស្សិតឈ្មោះ គីម រ៉ាវីត អាយុ២២ ឆ្នាំ មកពីខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់។ បច្ចុប្បន្នគាត់ជានិស្សិត ឆ្នាំទី១ ជំនាញព័ត៌មានវិទ្យា (Information Technology) នៅ RUPP - Royal University of Phnom Penh។ ដោយសារតែគាត់មកពីខេត្ត ឥឡូវនេះ ប្អូន រ៉ាវីត បានមកស្នាក់នៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ហើយបានជួលផ្ទះស្នាក់នៅជិតសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ ដើម្បីងាយស្រួលក្នុងការធ្វើដំណើរទៅសិក្សារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ។

ជីវិតរបស់រ៉ាវីតមិនមែនងាយស្រួលដូចអ្នកដទៃទេ។ គាត់ជានិស្សិតពិការដៃទាំងសងខាង(ពីកំណើត) ដែលត្រូវប្រឈមមុខនឹងឧបសគ្គជាច្រើនទាំងក្នុងជីវិតប្រចាំថ្ងៃ និងក្នុងការសិក្សា។ ការធ្វើសកម្មភាពសាមញ្ញៗដែលមនុស្សភាគច្រើនអាចធ្វើបានយ៉ាងងាយស្រួល សម្រាប់រ៉ាវីតវិញត្រូវការការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែង និងការអត់ធ្មត់យ៉ាងខ្លាំង។ ទោះជាយ៉ាងណា ការពិការនេះមិនបានធ្វើឱ្យគាត់បោះបង់ក្តីសុបិន្ត និងការសិក្សានោះឡើយ ផ្ទុយទៅវិញ វាបានក្លាយជាកម្លាំងចិត្តធំមួយដែលជំរុញឱ្យគាត់ខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងបន្តទៅមុខ។

ប្អូន រ៉ាវីត តែងតែមាន ឆន្ទៈរឹងមាំ ក្តីអំណត់ និងភាពអត់ធ្មត់ខ្ពស់ ក្នុងការសិក្សា។ គាត់ជឿជាក់ថា ការអប់រំគឺជាគន្លឹះសំខាន់ក្នុងការផ្លាស់ប្តូរជីវិត ហើយអាចបើកទ្វារទៅរកអនាគតដែលប្រសើរជាងមុន។ ទោះបីជាមានបញ្ហាសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងការលំបាកក្នុងជីវភាព ក៏គាត់នៅតែខិតខំមករៀនជាប្រចាំ ដោយមានក្តីសង្ឃឹមថា មួយថ្ងៃគាត់អាចក្លាយជាមនុស្សមានចំណេះដឹង និងមានសមត្ថភាពក្នុងវិស័យព័ត៌មានវិទ្យា។

ការតស៊ូរបស់ ប្អូនរ៉ាវីត គឺជាគំរូដ៏មានតម្លៃសម្រាប់យុវជនជាច្រើន។ គាត់បង្ហាញឱ្យឃើញថា ភាពពិការមិនមែនជាចុងបញ្ចប់នៃក្តីសុបិន្តទេ ប៉ុន្តែជាការប្រកួតប្រជែងដែលអាចជំរុញឱ្យមនុស្សកាន់តែរឹងមាំ។ ជាមួយនឹងកម្លាំងចិត្ត និងការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់គាត់ រ៉ាវីតបន្តដើរតាមផ្លូវអប់រំ ដើម្បីសម្រេចក្តីសុបិន្ត និងបង្កើតអនាគតល្អសម្រាប់ខ្លួន និងគ្រួសារ។

On 02 March 2026, The GAIN team at RUPP (Royal University of Phnom Penh) conducted the monthly coordination meeting with the ITC Coordinator to review progress under WP7 – Communication, Dissemination, and Sustainability.

As WP7 Lead, RUPP continues to:
• Coordinate on-site training activities
• Prepare agenda and documentation
• Ensure technical readiness and visibility compliance
• Strengthen dissemination and sustainability actions

This regular meeting reinforces RUPP’s leadership role in ensuring the smooth implementation of the GAIN Project and alignment with Erasmus+ requirements.

GAIN Partners Participates in the ACSS GAIN Coordination Meeting 🇪🇺🇰🇭

RUPP, ReadLab, MoEYS, ITC, WU, UPatras, PPIU, UTV, CESIE, and USEA are actively joining the ACSS GAIN Meeting under the Erasmus+ GAIN Project. The meeting focused on strengthening institutional inclusivity, enhancing accessibility services, and coordinating dissemination activities across partner universities.

ខ្សែជីវិតបំផុសគំនិតរបស់លោក សែប សុផលឡេង

ខ្សែជីវិតរបស់លោក សែប សុផលឡេង គឺជាដំណើរមួយដែលបង្ហាញពីភាពធន់ ការតស៊ូ និងក្តីសង្ឃឹម។ កើតក្នុងគ្រួសារដ៏ក្រីក្រមួយនៅក្នុងខេត្តកំពង់ធំ ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា គាត់បានប្រឈមមុខនឹងបញ្ហាដែលមិនអាចនឹកស្មានដល់ ប៉ុន្តែគាត់បានប្រែក្លាយឧបសគ្គទាំងនោះទៅជាជំហានឆ្ពោះទៅរកជីវិតក្នុងនាមជាអ្នកធ្វើការដើម្បីផ្លាស់ប្តូរអ្នកដ៏ទៃ ជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ និងការអ្នកបំផុសគំនិតផងដែរ។
ជីវិតដំបូង និងកុមារភាព។ លោក សែប សុផលឡេង កើតនៅថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ១៩៩២ នៅភូមិក្រសាំងគរ ឃុំសាគរ ស្រុកកំពង់ស្វាយ ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ។ ក្នុងនាមជាកូនពៅក្នុងចំណោមកូនបីនាក់ ជីវិតប្រឈមមុខនឹងបញ្ហាជាច្រើន។ គ្រួសាររបស់គាត់រស់នៅក្នុងភាពក្រីក្រ ប៉ុន្តែសេចក្តីស្រឡាញ់របស់ពួកគេចំពោះគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមកគឺរឹងមាំ។ នៅអាយុ ៤ ឆ្នាំ សោកនាដកម្មបានកើតឡើងនៅពេលដែល សុផលឡេង បាត់បង់សមត្ថភាពក្នុងការមើលដោយសារតែជំងឺកញ្ជ្រឹលដែលបណ្តាលឱ្យភ្នែកខាងស្តាំរបស់ខូចដោយសារជម្ងឺគ្រុនក្តៅខ្លាំង។ ការបាត់បង់ភ្នែក វាបានផ្លាស់ប្តូរដំណើរជីវិតរបស់គាត់ជារៀងរហូត។

នៅពេលគាត់អាយុបាន១០ឆ្នាំ ម្តាយរបស់គាត់បានលាចាកលោកដោយសារជំងឺរលាកសួតធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ ដោយទុកគាត់និងបងៗឱ្យនៅកំព្រា។ ថ្វីត្បិតតែពិការភ្នែកតាំងពីក្មេងក៏ដោយ សុផលឡេង ទទួលបន្ទុកការងាររបស់មនុស្សពេញវ័យ គឺចិញ្ចឹមគោ ក្របី និងជ្រូកក្នុងគ្រួសារ និងគ្រប់គ្រងកិច្ចការផ្ទះ។ ជីវិតមានការលំបាក ប៉ុន្តែការតាំងចិត្តរបស់គាត់កាន់តែរឹងមាំ។

ការអប់រំ និងការការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ខ្លួន
នៅឆ្នាំ ២០០៥ តាមរយៈជំនួយរបស់សមាគម ABC កម្ពុជា (ABC Cambodia Association) សុផលឡេងបានចូលរៀននៅសាលាគ្រួសារថ្មីសម្រាបជនពិការភ្នែក និងគថ្លង់ (Krousar Thmey Siem Reap School for the Blind and Deaf) ក្នុងខេត្តសៀមរាប ដែលសព្វថ្ងៃគេស្គាល់ថាជាវិទ្យាល័យអប់រំពិសេសខេត្តសៀមរាប (Siem Reap Special Education High School)។ ចំណង់ចំណូលចិត្កក្នុងការរៀនសូត្ររបស់គាត់ត្រូវបានគេមើលឃើញយ៉ាងឆាប់រហ័ស ដែលធ្វើអោយគាត់ទទួលបានការកោតសរសើរពីគ្រូ និងមិត្តរួមថ្នាក់ដូចគ្នា។ ការខិតខំរបស់គាត់បាននាំឱ្យគ្រូរបស់គាត់ជួយផ្លោះកម្រិតចំនួនពីរថ្នាក់ ទៅមុខ ដែលជាសមិទ្ធិផលដ៏កម្រមួយ។ នៅខាងក្រៅថ្នាក់ គាត់បានស្ម័គ្រចិត្តធ្វើជាជំនួយការគ្រូបង្រៀនដល់សិស្សដែល ពិការភ្នែកពីថ្នាក់ទី 3 ដល់ទី 9 ។ គាត់ក៏បានធ្វើជាអ្នកនាំផ្លូវ (មគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍) នៅក្នុងការតាំងពិពណ៌កម្មវិធី 'Seeing in the Dark' និងបានជួយបណ្តុះបណ្តាលអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត និងពិធីករផ្សេងទៀតសម្រាប់យុទ្ធនាការរបស់អង្គការគ្រួសារថ្មីក្នុងការជ្រើសរើសសិស្សពិការភ្នែក និងគថ្លង់។ ទោះបីជាមានការលំបាកផ្នែកហិរញ្ញវត្ថុក៏ដោយ ក៏គាត់មិនដែលបោះបង់ក្តីស្រមៃរបស់គាត់ចំពោះការអប់រំឡើយ។ ដោយមានការលើកទឹកចិត្តពីមិត្តភក្តិរបស់គាត់ និងការជួយពីម្តាយចិញ្ចឹមជនជាតិអូស្ត្រាលីពីនាយកវិទ្យាស្ថានភាសាបរទេស (FLI) នៅខេត្តសៀមរាប លោក សុផលឡេង បានបញ្ចប់សញ្ញាបត្រថ្នាក់ទី ១២។ ម្តាយចិញ្ចឹមរបស់គាត់បានគាំទ្រការសិក្សារបស់គាត់ ហើយជឿជាក់លើសក្តានុពលរបស់គាត់។ ក្រោយមក លោកបានបន្តបរិញ្ញាបត្រផ្នែកគ្រប់គ្រងទូទៅ ដោយបញ្ចប់ការសិក្សានៅឆ្នាំ ២០២១ និងទទួលបានបរិញ្ញាបត្រជំនាញគ្រប់គ្រង។

ដំណើរអាជីពរបស់សុផលឡេងបានចាប់ផ្តើមក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០១៦ក្នុងនាមជាពិធីករនៅវិទ្យុមង្គលសុវណ្ណសៀមរាប។ គាត់ក៏បានចូលធ្វើការក្រៅម៉ោងជាអ្នកបកប្រែភាសាអង់គ្លេសផ្ទាល់សម្រាប់ក្រុមហ៊ុនឯកជនមួយ។ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ 2018 គាត់បានធ្វើការនៅភោជនីយដ្ឋាន 'Dine in the Dark' (DID) នៅខេត្តសៀមរាប ជាកន្លែងដែលភ្ញៀវទទួលទានអាហារក្នុងភាពងងឹតទាំងស្រុង ដែលបម្រើដោយបុគ្គលិកពិការភ្នែក។ នៅទីនោះ គាត់បានធ្វើការជាមគ្គុទ្ទេសក៍នាំផ្លួវ និងអ្នកសម្របសម្រួល ដើម្បីបង្ហាញពិភពលោកថាភាពងងឹតភ្នែកមិនកំណត់សមត្ថភាពរបស់មនុស្សម្នាក់ក្នុងការដឹកនាំ និងបំផុសគំនិតឡើយ ។

The Inspiring Life Story of Mr. Seb Sophalleng

Mr. Seb Sophalleng’s journey is one of resilience, perseverance, and hope. Born into a humble family in Kampong Thom province, Cambodia, he faced unimaginable challenges but turned them into steppingstones toward a life of service, leadership, and inspiration.

Early Life and Childhood
Seb Sophalleng was born on January 7, 1992, in Krasaing Kor village, Sankor commune, Kampong Svay district, Kampong Thom province. As the youngest of three children, life was never easy. His family lived in poverty, but their love for one another was strong. At the age of four, tragedy struck when Sophalleng lost his sight due to complications from measles, which also caused his right eye to rupture from high fever. This devastating event forever changed the course of his life.

When he was just ten years old, his mother passed away from severe pneumonia, leaving him an orphan. Despite his early age and blindness, Sophalleng took on adult responsibilities — tending to the family’s cows, buffalo, and pigs, and managing household chores. Life was tough, but his determination grew stronger.

Education and Personal Growth
In 2005, through the support of ABC Cambodia Association, Sophalleng joined Krousar Thmey Siem Reap School for the Blind and Deaf, now known as the Siem Reap Special Education High School. His enthusiasm for learning quickly stood out, earning him the admiration of teachers and classmates alike. His dedication led his teacher to promote him two grade levels ahead — a rare achievement. Outside of class, he volunteered as a teaching assistant for students with visual impairments from grades three to nine. He also served as a guide at the ‘Seeing in the Dark’ exhibition and helped train other volunteers and MCs for Krousar Thmey’s campaigns to recruit blind and deaf students. Despite financial struggles, he never gave up on his dream of education. With encouragement from his peers and the help of an Australian foster mother — the director of an Institute of Foreign Languages in Siem Reap — Sophalleng completed his Grade 12 diploma. His foster mother supported his schooling and believed in his potential. He later pursued a bachelor’s degree in general management, graduating in 2021 from the University of Baccalaureate of Management.

Career Path and Contributions
Sophalleng’s professional journey began in 2016 as an MC at Mongol Sovan Siem Reap Radio. He also took on part-time work as a direct English translator for a private company. In 2018, he joined ‘Dine in the Dark’ (DID) Restaurant in Siem Reap, where guests experience dining in complete darkness guided by visually impaired staff. There, he served as a guide and facilitator — showing the world that blindness does not limit one’s ability to lead and inspire.
