មជ្ឈមណ្ឌល HRCC រៀបចំកិច្ចពិភាក្សាជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុនជ្រើសរើសបុគ្គលិកជំនាញ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងបណ្តាញគាំទ្រការងារសម្រាប់ពលករចំណាកស្រុកកាន់តែរឹងមាំ។

នៅថ្ងៃទី ១៧ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌល HRCC បានអញ្ជើញក្រុមហ៊ុនជ្រើសរើសបុគ្គលិកជំនាញឈានមុខគេក្នុងប្រទេស មកចូលរួមកិច្ចពិភាក្សា ដើម្បីពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហការក្នុងការគាំទ្រពលករចំណាកស្រុកឱ្យទទួលបានការងារ ក្រោយវិលត្រឡប់មកកម្ពុជាវិញ។

កិច្ចពិភាក្សានេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើង ដើម្បីចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ និងជំនាញរបស់ស្ថាប័ននីមួយៗ ព្រមទាំងកសាងបណ្តាញកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដ៏រឹងមាំ សម្រាប់ទីផ្សារការងារនាពេលអនាគត។
ក្នុងជំនួបនេះ ក្រុមហ៊ុនដែលបានចូលរួមនីមួយៗ បានណែនាំអំពី អាជីវកម្ម និងជំនាញរបស់ខ្លួន ដែលជួយបង្កើនការយល់ដឹង និងពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនងរវាងភាគីទាំងអស់។

HRCC ក៏បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញអំពីកម្មវិធីបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញវិជ្ជាជីវៈ និងសេវាគាំទ្រការងារ ដែលត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងស្របតាមតម្រូវការរបស់ពលករចំណាកស្រុក ហើយទទួលបានការគាំទ្រ និងការចាប់អារម្មណ៍យ៉ាងខ្លាំងពីអ្នកចូលរួម។
ក្រុមហ៊ុនជ្រើសរើសបុគ្គលិកឈានមុខគេចំនួន ៩ បានចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចពិភាក្សានេះ ហើយបានឯកភាពគ្នាក្នុងការពង្រីកបណ្តាញកិច្ចសហការជាមួយ HRCC នាពេលខាងមុខ។ ក្រុមហ៊ុនដែលបានចូលរួមមាន First Solutions, Starts, Khmer24, Cambodia CTEP, Top Recruitment, A Plus Consulting, Talent Business Partner, Asean Works, S & V និង AGB។

ជាពិសេស HRCC ក៏បានណែនាំលម្អិតអំពី ពិព័រណ៍ការងារសម្រាប់ពលករចំណាកស្រុក ដែលនឹងរៀបចំឡើងនាពេលខាងមុខ ដែលទទួលបានការចាប់អារម្មណ៍យ៉ាងខ្លាំងពីតំណាងក្រុមហ៊ុន។

ក្នុងនោះ ក្រុមហ៊ុនមួយចំនួនក៏បានស្នើឱ្យ HRCC ជួយសម្របសម្រួល និងគាំទ្រការចូលរួមរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនជប៉ុន ដើម្បីធានាឱ្យការចូលរួមក្នុងពិព័រណ៍ការងារប្រព្រឹត្តទៅដោយរលូន។

កិច្ចសហការនេះបានបង្ហាញពីសក្តានុពលក្នុងការពង្រីកឱកាសការងារ មិនត្រឹមតែក្នុងប្រទេសប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែថែមទាំងអាចភ្ជាប់ពលករចំណាកស្រុកទៅកាន់ក្រុមហ៊ុនអន្តរជាតិ និងបង្កើតបណ្តាញការងារក្នុងកម្រិតសកលផងដែរ។

HRCC Holds Roundtable with Specialized Job Placement Agencies… “Employment Support Network for Migrant Workers Set to Expand Significantly”
On July 17, HRCC invited major specialized job placement agencies to a meaningful gathering aimed at supporting the successful employment and settlement of migrant workers. The roundtable was organized to share each institution’s expertise and to build a close cooperative framework for the future labor market.
During the meeting, each participating company introduced its background and main business areas, helping to deepen mutual understanding.
At the event, HRCC explained in detail its tailored vocational training programs and practical employment support efforts for migrant workers, which drew strong support from the attendees.
A total of nine leading job placement agencies attended, and they agreed to expand an organic working network with HRCC in the future.
The main companies that participated in the meeting were First Solutions, Starts, San Savy, Kry Sreypich, Top Recruitment, Krib Kong Kea, Talent Business Partner, S & V, and AGB.
In particular, the meeting included a detailed introduction to the upcoming migrant worker job fair, attracting strong interest from industry stakeholders.
Some participating agencies also requested active support and cooperation from HRCC to help ensure smooth participation by Japanese companies in the job fair.
This highlights the potential to move beyond simple domestic job placement and expand a global employment network through matching with multinational companies.
With a strong bridge now established between HRCC and specialized placement agencies through this roundtable, positive synergy is expected in the future for migrant workers’ vocational training and the creation of quality jobs.

នៅថ្ងៃទី ១៤ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលពលករទេសន្តរប្រវេសន៍មាតុភូមិនិវត្តន៍កម្ពុជា (HRCC )(មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលគាំពារពលករទេសន្តរប្រវេសន៍កម្ពុជា) និង សមាគមទីភ្នាក់ងារទេសន្តប្រវេសន៍ការងារកម្ពុជា ALMAC បានរួមដៃគ្នាតាមរយៈការចុះហត្ថលេខាលើអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នា (MoU) ក្នុងគោលបំណងពង្រីកឱកាសឱ្យពលករទទួលបានការងារដែលមានគុណភាព។ ពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខានេះ មានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងបុគ្គលិកនៃស្ថាប័នទាំងពីរ ហើយមិនត្រឹមតែជាកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងផ្លូវការប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែថែមទាំងបង្ហាញពីការចាប់ផ្តើមនៃទិសដៅថ្មីមួយសម្រាប់ទីផ្សារការងារកម្ពុជា។

A powerful synergy for a better future for Cambodian migrant workers has begun.
On July 14, HRCC (Happy Return Center of Cambodia) and the newly launched ALMAC (Association of Cambodian Labour Migration of Agencies) joined hands to sign a historic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) aimed at expanding access to quality employment opportunities. The signing ceremony, attended by executives and staff from both organizations, went beyond a simple formal agreement and signaled a new paradigm for Cambodia’s labor market.
This agreement is filled with concrete, practical measures designed to support the safe and systematic employment of returned migrant workers. Moving beyond symbolic commitment, the two organizations have established an action plan that can be implemented immediately in the field.
Newly appointed ALMAC President Kleng Sokhour demonstrated strong leadership as he reviewed the details of the agreement one by one. He expressed high expectations and confidence in future cooperation with HRCC, saying, “This partnership will bring real benefits and broader opportunities to migrant workers.” In particular, he emphasized specific areas of collaboration such as joint marketing for training and employment support, co-hosting large-scale job fairs, and enhancing online job-matching services.
The HRCC Director drew attention by speaking about the noble history of migrant workers, who played a hidden yet vital role in the development of the Korean economy. “Koreans hold deep respect for the sacrifices of migrant workers who worked tirelessly in other countries for the sake of their families and their nations,” he said, offering a glimpse into HRCC’s warm philosophy toward workers’ lives that goes beyond a mere business partnership.
The strong infrastructure of ALMAC, Cambodia’s largest employment placement organization with more than 110 member companies, combined with HRCC’s systematic support rooted in deep respect for workers. កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌល HRCC បានរៀបចំពិធីប្រគល់វិញ្ញាបនបត្របញ្ចប់វគ្គសិក្សាចុងក្រោយ សម្រាប់ “ថ្នាក់ផលិត និងតុបតែងគ្រឿងសង្ហារិមពីឈើ” ដែលទទួលបានការគាំទ្រយ៉ាងខ្លាំងពីសំណាក់ពលករចំណាកស្រុក។ ជាមួយនឹងពិធីនាថ្ងៃនេះ វគ្គដែលផ្តល់ដោយ HRCC នឹងត្រូវបញ្ចប់ជាស្ថាពរចាប់ពីឆមាសនេះតទៅ។

ជាផ្នែកមួយនៃការពង្រីកនៃការផ្លាស់ប្តូរទាំងនេះ ពិព័រណ៍ការងារទ្រង់ទ្រាយធំសម្រាប់ពលករចំណាកស្រុក នឹងត្រូវបានប្រារព្ធធ្វើឡើងនៅក្នុងខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។ HRCC សង្ឃឹមថាពលករចំណាកស្រុកជាច្រើននឹងចូលរួមក្នុងពិព័រណ៍នេះ ទទួលបានឱកាសការងារដែលមានគុណភាព និងអាចតាំងទីលំនៅប្រកបដោយជោគជ័យនៅក្នុងសង្គមកូរ៉េ។

New Leap Forward Through Employment and Entrepreneurship Support for Migrant Workers

On the 3rd, HRCC held the final graduation ceremony for its “Interior Carpentry Class,” which had been well received by migrant workers. With today’s ceremony, the interior carpentry classes offered by HRCC will come to a complete end as of this semester.
This is a measure taken in response to the recent prolonged slowdown in the construction economy and the resulting changes in the labor market of related industries. HRCC determined that the direction of support for migrant workers also needed to be newly restructured to match the changing employment environment.
The gap left by the existing carpentry classes will be filled by more diversified employment support programs. Starting with the upcoming fifth semester, HRCC plans to offer a variety of practical job-related special lectures that migrant workers truly need. Through this, the center aims to help migrant workers look beyond a single occupation and have a broader range of employment options from a wider perspective.
In addition, a new “Employment and Entrepreneurship Counseling Office” will open in October. The HRCC center director said, “Through the newly opened counseling office, we will create an accessible space where more migrant workers can come comfortably at any time and plan their future.”
As an extension of these changes, a large-scale job fair for migrant workers will be held in November. HRCC hopes that many migrant workers will participate in the fair, secure quality employment opportunities, and successfully settle into Korean society.
