A free educational charity for underprivileged children in rural Cambodia.

Samart School, officially registered as "Education for Cambodia Organization", is a registered Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) offering free education for the underprivileged in Cambodia. With two campuses located in Spean Kaek and Kok Srok villages in the Prasat Bakong district of Siem Reap, Samart School conducts daily English classes for over 200 students from the age of 4 to 26. Being a self-funded NGO, Samart School relies solely on donations and volunteers for its daily operations.

Incident Report: Storm Damage at NGO School

Date: 20 of April,2026.

Brief Report:
Last night, a heavy rainy storm struck our NGO school, causing significant damage to the facility. The rooftop was partially destroyed by the strong winds and rain, leaving sections of the classrooms exposed. Fortunately, no staff or students were on the premises at the time, so there were no injuries. However, the damage has rende. We are appealing for immediate support to rebuild the rooftop and protect learning materials.

A new project to develop and promote the education of children in the community more broadly, the Cambodian Education Organization (Samart School) located in Prasat Bakong District is preparing to open a new computer center to provide free education to children in the near future.
As mentioned above, parents who want to help and study in the skills of computer administration and the Internet can come and register from this announcement. Thank you!

On year 2024 - 2025 plans E. C. O. SAMART SCHOOL N. G. O targets.
Firstly, To raise more funds to efforts the school program.
Secondly, we need to expanding more classes to open more chances for everychildren to learn more skills. Such as dharma or Vepasana class(meditation), Computers skill, and agriculture project to improve their life living better.
