🥃 A Taste of Cambodian Craftsmanship: Ampov Rum 🇰🇭✨

Our Food & Beverage Service Management students had the privilege of attending a masterclass led by a representative from Ampov, the brand behind Cambodia’s first premium “pure cane juice” rum. 🌾

During the session, students dived into the brand’s history and the theoretical intricacies of its production. From the careful selection of sugarcane to the precise distillation process, they explored every step that makes Ampov rum an exceptional spirit. 🇰🇭🔍

For future professionals in service and mixology, understanding the story behind the artisanal products they serve is a true asset. A huge thank you to the Ampov team for coming to share their passion and expertise with our students! 🥂📚

Our students swapped their textbooks for swimsuits for a day at the Authentic Khmer Village Resort! 💦

In a supportive environment, students learned the basics of swimming and worked to build real confidence in the water. Thanks to the resort’s warm hospitality, the pool became a safe space for learning and growth. More than just a swimming lesson, it was a heartwarming display of students encouraging one another and strengthening their bonds. 🤿

It started with a simple passion in Travel Agency Operation in our classrooms in Siem Reap. Today, that passion has turned into a career-defining experience in France. Following her success Travel Agencies-Operations Management Program, Davin was selected for our International Global Placement.

The most exciting thing? This 6-months fully funded international experience is part of our commitment to every student who walks through our doors. We’re not only providing high quality education; we’re building the bridges that bring Cambodian excellence to the global hospitality industry.
