When I teach Khmer, I don’t only share the language. I share the meaning, the feeling, and the story behind it. That’s why I choose to wear traditional inspired outfits, as a way to express pride in where I come from.
Through language, culture, and even the way I dress, I hope to create a deeper connection for those who are learning.
Every time I wear this, it reminds me of my roots and I carry it with quiet pride.

On Visak Bochea day
In that quiet moment, I felt deeply lucky just to be here… to be alive in this world.
In life, I don’t wish to be anything special. I just wish to be peaceful, to be kind, to be full of love.
Maybe that’s all the world really needs more peace, more kindness, more love.
In every prayer, I send this wish to the world. Because I am one small part of it, and I hope the world I live in becomes softer, calmer, and more beautiful for everyone.
Work hard, but don’t forget to take care of yourself. Take time to relax your mind and do what makes you feel good. For me, it’s a quiet place with nature and a coffee ☕️

This morning, I went to the market and discovered handmade homemade soap for the first time.
They have different kinds like coffee, honey, pineapple, coconut oil, and orange 🍊 Only $1 each, so I picked one to try… and I already love it. 🤍
