During this class, you will learn how to make Cambodian food in only 3.5 hours and be a chef for the day.

Chef Ratanak is very passionate about sharing his cooking knowledge and experience. He will show you how to prepare authentic Khmer cuisine exactly as mom teste. You will also learn the history and techniques of these traditional dishes. Then you will enjoy your prepared food for lunch or dinner.

Before starting the cooking class, we will pick you up from your hotel in the Siem Reap area. We will experience and explore the local market (called Old Market and located in the central market area) to see and purchase the typical varieties of fresh vegetables, meats, Asian dried goods, and exotic foods. While we are cooking, the chef also as some fun tricks to show the new ingredients, herbs, and spices and how to create your dishes. He will also share the secret, famous dishes behind Cambodian cuisine. While enjoying the food that you prepared, soft drinks will also be provided.
