TA Laos & Cambodia 2018 GGSSFC Expedition

So yesterday's visit to Angkor Wat, Siem Reap, Cambodia went really well, a truly amazing UNESCO World Heritage Site. Time to pack the bags and start the long journey home, looking forward to seeing you all in GSY on the 27th, last Manchester Flight

Jungle Trek 2 in Cambodia complete, Rest and Relaxation phase 2 in full swing. All well and looking forward to Angkor Wat, Siem Reap, Cambodia temples tomorrow

Wow what a project, the team managed to build two water wells, one toilet, clear a Mango Grove field for organic fertiliser, make the fertiliser, make organic pesticide, feed 100 plus school children, build 3 gardens for families in need, which should feed them for at least two yrs and support the Charity Betterlives.org

Siem Reap war museum, Buddha and retail therapy at the night markets. Setting off for project and trek this morning, so will be off the radar for at least 8 days. All very excited about the project

R&R went really well, amazing waterfalls, Mekong Dolphins, Temples, hammocks, reading, laundry, border crossing, boat rides and some shopping! Now in Seam Reap

Incredible Laos Rainforest 3 day trek done! So much fun, home stay in a lovely village at the end of the trek. Team on RR now on an Island in the Mekong Delta one of 4000 Islands in the area
