We, the Cambodian people, strongly condemn the Thai invading forces for their barbaric, brutal, and inhumane torture of our heroic soldiers, who were illegally arrested and detained after the ceasefire agreement was in effect, in an attempt to extract coerced confessions.

We demand the immediate and unconditional release of all Cambodian soldiers.

Cambodia, a peace-loving nation with an unwavering commitment to international harmony, has fully and sincerely implemented the​ ceasefire agreement. We remain resolute in our dedication to peace, stability, and mutual respect in the region. We urge the Thai side to fulfil its obligations in good faith.

The international community can now clearly see which party has genuinely honoured and faithfully implemented the ceasefire agreement.

បន្ទាប់ពី កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងឈប់បាញ់ ចូលជាធរមាន សៀមបានចាប់ជំរិតកងទ័ពកម្ពុជា ២០ នាក់ ចេញពីដែនអធិបតេយ្យភាពរបស់កម្ពុជា យកទៅទឹកដីសៀមដើម្បីធ្វើទារុណកម្ម ហើយបានបញ្ជូនកងទ័ពកម្ពុជាត្រឡប់មកវិញ តែ ២ នាក់ប៉ុណ្ណោះ ។
កងទ័ពកម្ពុជា ២ នាក់ ដែលបានបញ្ជូនត្រឡប់មកវិញ មានម្នាក់មានបញ្ហាបញ្ញាសា្មរតី និងម្នាក់ទៀតមានរបួសធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ។

Thailand has done alot of things that violated of law of war:
• Attacked Cambodia without launch the war.
• Use of banned weapons.
• Kidnapped Cambodian soldiers after Ceasefire which means Cambodian soldiers are not prisoners of war.
• Torture Cambodian soldiers. Etc

What happened when the law is violated ?

International Criminal Court - ICC, PLEASE open the investigation on this case with/without report or individual complaint. PLEASE save humanity, save lives, make the law means something to world that we believe that justice is does exist. PLEASEEEEEE my small country need help 🇰🇭

After the ceasefire agreement, Thailand military kidnapped 20 of our soldiers, took them into their territory, and punished them.
Now, only 2 have been released with unstable mental health and one another is serious injury.

- កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែឧសភា, កម្ពុជាជាអ្នកបាញ់ទាហានថៃមុន ទើបទាហានថៃបាញ់ការពារខ្លួន។

- ចោទកម្ពុជាថា បានលួចដាក់មីន បណ្ដាលឱ្យទាហានថៃរបួស។

- ប្រតិបត្តិការយោធារបស់គេ ធ្វើនៅឆ្ងាយពីប្រាសាទព្រះវិហារ ២គីឡូម៉ែត្រ, ដូចនេះ គ្រាប់របស់គេមិនអាចទៅចំប្រាសាទវិហារទេ។

- ចោទកម្ពុជាថា កំពុងប្រឌិតព័ត៌មានមូលបង្កាច់។

ខណៈនេះ ថៃប្រើ “ច្បាប់អាជ្ញាសឹក (Martial Law)” លើខេត្តទាំង៨ជាប់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ហើយក៏មានទូតមួយចំនួនដូចជា ទូតជប៉ុន បានប្រកាសប្រាប់ពលរដ្ឋខ្លួនផ្អាកការធ្វើដំណើរចូលមកក្បែរតំបន់ដែលកំពុងតែក្ដៅនេះនេះបើយោងតាម សារព័ត៌មាន Aljazeera។ ក្នុងនោះផងដែរ យើងសង្កេតឃើញសារព័ត៌មានធំៗ កំពុងតែមើលស្ថានការណ៍មិនព្រិចភ្នែក។ ការសែតថៃភាគច្រើន “សរសេរមាតិកាបន្លំអន្តរជាតិ” ប៉ុន្តែប្រហែលចាញ់ប្រៀប “យុទ្ធសាស្រ្តសាមគ្គីរបស់ជនជាតិខ្មែរ”។

រឿងទី១ អំឡុងពេលមានការប៉ះទង្គិចថ្ងៃទី២៤ ទាហានខ្មែរអង់អាចណាស់! មិនបង្កសង្រ្គាម តែបើដើរហួសបន្ទាត់ព្រំដែន ឬដែនអធិបតេយ្យកម្ពុជា “គឺវាយទប់”។ បន្ទាប់ពីទប់បានជាប់មាំល្អ ទំាងស្មារតី និងកម្លាំងកាយ យើងបានដើរមុនមួយជំហានគឺ “សម្តេចធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត ផ្ញើលិខិតស្នើសុំកោះប្រជុំក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសន្តិសុខជាបន្ទាន់ ដើម្បីសុំការអន្តរាគមន៍បញ្ចប់ការឈ្លានពានរបស់កងទ័ពថៃ”។ នេះបានសេចក្ដីថា “វាយការពារបានមាំ ហើយកោះហៅអន្តរជាតិឱ្យមកមើលថានរណាជាចោរ? រឹតតែមាំជាងនេះទៀត គឺការដាក់ពាក្យបណ្ដឹងទៅ តុលាការយុត្តិធម៌អន្តរជាតិ(ICJ) ដើម្បីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហានេះ មុនពេលការប៉ះទង្គិចកើនឡើង”។ នេះគេហៅថា “មានជំហរមាំក្នុងការពារដែនដីខ្លួន”។

រឿងទី២ ក្នុងសភាពការណ៍នៃការប៉ះទង្គិចគ្នា យើងមានចរិតជាអ្នកការពារពិតប្រាកដ ហើយមានចរិតជាអ្នកចរចាបែបចាស់ទុំ “ថាគឺថា ធ្វើគឺធ្វើ”។ យោងតាមការផ្សាយរបស់សម្ដេចបវធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត “កម្ពុជាមានឆន្ទៈចរចា តែថៃក្រឡិចក្រឡុច”។ ចរចាគឺចរចា មិនមែនចរចាការទូតហើយ នៅតែបន្តបាញ់ដូចថៃលេងល្បែងនេះឡើយ។ នេះបង្ហាញពីការមិនចុះសម្រុងគ្នារវាងខាងយោធាថៃ និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលថ្មីមិនទាន់ហែកថង់របស់ថៃ។

រឿងទី៣ “ស្គាល់សន្តានថៃច្បាស់”។ គ្រាន់តែទាហានខ្មែរ ត្រូវបានថៃចូលមកបាញ់ស្លាប់ម្នាក់ក្នុងទឹកដីខ្លួន នៅថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។ យើងហាក់ដឹងមុន ពីចេតនានៃការឈ្លានពានរបស់គេ។ យ៉ាងណាក៏ដោយ សភាពការណ៍នេះ យើងអាចនិយាយបានថា យើងមានប្រៀបជាង ដ្បិត ស្គាល់សត្រូវ ស្គាល់យុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត សត្រូវមុន គឺមានប្រៀបជាង ហើយព្យាយាមការពារប្រាសាទ ឬឈរនៅទីតាំងណាដែលខ្ពស់ជាង។

រឿងទី៤ ដែលធំបំផុត និងសំខាន់បំផុតនេះគឺ “មហាគ្រួសារខ្មែរទាំងនរគ” សាមគ្ដីជាកម្លាំង។ នេះ គឺជាលើកទី១ហើយដែលខ្ញុំបានជួបកម្លាំងមហាសាមគ្ដីរបស់ប្រជាជនខ្មែរ ហើយកាន់តែស្គាល់ចរិតដូនតាខ្មែរដែលសាងសង់ប្រទេសមួយនេះបាន។ ភាពខ្លាំងរបស់យើង គឺកន្លែងនេះហើយ។ កន្លែងនេះ គឺជាឆ្អឹងស្នូលនៃការសាងស្រុកទេស ឱ្យកាន់តែខ្លាំង។

ពីខ្ញុំបាទ ឡាំ ឡាយ

Thai is trying to fool people around the world. Thai is bigger than Khmer. Thai has a lot of influencers, celebrities bigger than Khmer. But just because they have a big voice, doesn’t mean they get to change the story.

For Cambodia, we are the Khmer Empire. Everyone can do just a one-click Google, and you’ll see who was the biggest Khmer Empire. And all the land that Thailand is sitting on right now used to belong to Cambodia, before they won the war. We accept that.

But as of now, in 2025, just yesterday - they are trying to do it once again. History is repeating itself. They are trying to create the war, act like the victim, and point the finger at Cambodia. This is what Thailand has always done to Cambodia.

And it’s not just Cambodia. You can ask people from neighboring countries like Laos, Myanmar, Malaysia, and more - Thailand is always trying to steal their lands, acting like they are the biggest country in Asia or something.

So I hope everyone is not easily fooled by Thailand. Try to dig a little bit more about history, about the facts, before you go sharing those stories and deciding who you choose to believe.
