The participants included the leadership team of the Provincial Department of Education, Youth, and Sport (PoEs), as well as Chiefs and Deputy Chiefs of Offices from both the Provincial Department and the Municipal/District Administrations across Battambang Province.

The "Leadership Development" program is implemented through a collaborative partnership between the Department of Teacher Training (DTT) and Kampuchean Action for Promote Education (KAPE), with funding and support from UNICEF through the Capacity Development Partnership Fund (CDPF).
The 3rd Day of this training focuses on:
- Lesson 4: Gender Equality and Social Inclusion in Leadership
- The Arts of Building an Effective Team
