Many companies neglect the importance of having a training plan.
When their employees provide poor customer service or fail to work well as a team, training suddenly becomes 𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 and 𝗨𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗧.

This is a 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 approach and is damaging to the long-term growth of both employees and the business.

Learn from Socrates.

"𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳" is the classic Delphic maxim urging us to look inward to understand our motivations, limits, and purpose.

Historically tied to Socrates and inscribed on the Temple of Apollo, this pursuit remains the ultimate quest for cultivating wisdom and self-mastery.

The concept can be broken down into three core layers:
