Today marks the start of Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month.

It’s not talked about enough—and that’s the problem.

Even the strongest-looking men can be fighting silent battles. 🖤

"𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳" is the classic Delphic maxim urging us to look inward to understand our motivations, limits, and purpose.

Historically tied to Socrates and inscribed on the Temple of Apollo, this pursuit remains the ultimate quest for cultivating wisdom and self-mastery.

The concept can be broken down into three core layers:
𝟭. 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀: Recognizing your biases, emotional triggers, and unexamined habits.

𝟮. 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Acknowledging your inherent limits and mortality rather than overextending yourself.

𝟯. 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Using self-understanding to make aligned choices and continuously refine your character.
