⚖️ ចំណេះដឹងច្បាប់៖ តើលក្ខខណ្ឌអ្វីខ្លះដើម្បីឱ្យអាពាហ៍ពិពាហ៍មានសុពលភាពស្របច្បាប់នៅកម្ពុជា?
​ការរៀបអាពាហ៍ពិពាហ៍មិនត្រឹមតែជាការផ្សំផ្គុំតាមប្រពៃណីប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែគឺជាចំណងគតិយុទ្ធដែលបង្កើតឡើងដោយច្បាប់។ យោងតាមក្រមរដ្ឋប្បវេណីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា អាពាហ៍ពិពាហ៍ត្រូវធ្វើឡើងរវាង បុរសម្នាក់ និងស្ត្រីម្នាក់ ដោយត្រូវបំពេញតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌសំខាន់ៗដូចខាងក្រោម៖
​ដោលការណ៍គ្រឹះរួមមាន៖
១. 🎂 អាយុ៖ ភាគីទាំងសងខាងត្រូវមានអាយុចាប់ពី ១៨ ឆ្នាំឡើងទៅ (ករណីលើកលែងអាយុ ១៦ ឆ្នាំ លុះត្រាតែមានការយល់ព្រមពីឪពុកម្តាយ និងតុលាការ)។
២. 🤝 ការស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត៖ ត្រូវតែជាការស្ម័គ្រចិត្តពិតប្រាកដ និងសេរី ដោយគ្មានការបង្ខិតបង្ខំ ឬបោកប្រាស់។
៣. 💍 ឯកពន្ធនភាព (ប្តីមួយប្រពន្ធមួយ)៖ ត្រូវតែជាបុគ្គលនៅលីវ ដាច់ស្រឡះពីចំណងអាពាហ៍ពិពាហ៍មុន។
៤. 🚫 គ្មានទំនាក់ទំនងសាច់ញាតិជិតស្និទ្ធ៖ ច្បាប់ហាមឃាត់ការរៀបការរវាងញាតិផ្ទាល់ ឬបងប្អូនបង្កើត។
៥. 📝 ការចុះបញ្ជីអត្រានុកូលដ្ឋាន៖ ការរៀបការតាមប្រពៃណីតែមួយមុខមិនទាន់គ្រប់គ្រាន់ឡើយ។ គូស្វាមីភរិយាត្រូវតែ ចុះសំបុត្រអាពាហ៍ពិពាហ៍ ផ្លូវការទើបច្បាប់ការពារ!

⚖️ Legal Knowledge: What Are the Key Requirements for a Valid Marriage in Cambodia?
​Marriage is not only a traditional celebration but also a binding legal contract. Pursuant to the Civil Code of Cambodia, marriage is recognized exclusively between one man and one woman, subject to the following essential criteria:
​Key legal conditions include:
​🎂 Age: Both parties must be at least 18 years old (An exception applies for 16-17 year olds, subject to parental and court consent).
​🤝 Mutual Consent: It must be a free and genuine choice without any coercion or fraud.
​💍 Monogamy: Both individuals must be single or legally divorced from previous marriages.
​🚫 No Close Consanguinity: Marriage between close biological relatives or immediate family members is strictly prohibited.
​📝 Civil Registration: Traditional wedding ceremonies alone do not carry legal weight. Couples must officially register and obtain a Marriage Certificate to be fully protected under the law!
