This is clearly the INVASION from Thailand and not just the border conflicts.

Thailand refused to listen to all parties involved in solving this case again and again. (Accepting the mediation efforts yet continuing to attack Cambodia from one area to another)

Thailand has been using many types of weapons against the International Law and has been trying to destroy the World Heritage Site in Cambodia (The Preah Vihear Temple).

Cambodia urge the world to take immediate action on this situation.

There is no logical reason for small country like Cambodia, a developing country, to invade Thailand.
Thailand is using its media power to turn things around by telling the world that Cambodia starts the fights.

Here are few evidences for the world to judge:
- UNESCO already declared that the area around Preah Vihear Temple belongs to Cambodia. Why Thailand still try to deploy their troops in that area in the first place?
- Thailand closed all gates at Cambodia-Thailand borders unilaterally.
- Thailand cut off the electricity and Internet supply to Cambodia earlier (maybe thinking that it would be easier for the invasion since Cambodia had limited access to the Internet).
- Before this clash started, Thailand refused to go to ICJ to resolve the problem.
- Lately, Thailand also rejected the mediation efforts from third party.
- In this fight, Thailand has used many types of prohibited weapons (F-16 for example) that are only allowed in specific conditions.
- So on...

With all these facts, Thailand is still called itself innocent and wants only peace!!!

If Thailand really is innocent, there is no reason to be scared of and reject the ICJ/the mediation efforts from third party again and again.

Cambodian urge the world to look through all the actions before believing in all the medias since actions speak louder than words.

អនុមោទនា ពិធីបុណ្យវិសាខបូជា!

ពិធីបុណ្យវិសាខបូជា គឺជាពិធីបុណ្យមួយរបស់ព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនា ដែលត្រូវបានប្រារព្ធឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងរំលឹកដល់ថ្ងៃដែលព្រះសម្មាសម្ពុទ្ធទ្រង់ប្រសូត ត្រាស់ដឹង និងយាងចូលបរិនិព្វាន។

ថ្ងៃប្រារព្ធពិធីនេះទៀតសោត ទើបជាថ្ងៃកំណត់យកពុទ្ធសករាជថ្មី (ព.ស ២៥៦៥) ពិតប្រាកដតាមបែបផែនព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនា។

ប៉ុន្តែក្រោយៗមក ប្រជាជនខ្មែរយើងបានកំណត់យកថ្ងៃចូលឆ្នាំប្រពៃណីជាតិខ្មែរ ជាថ្ងៃកំណត់ពុទ្ធសករាជថ្មីវិញ ដែលជាហេតុបណ្ដាលឲ្យប្រជាជនមួយចំនួនមានការភាន់ច្រឡំអំពីរឿង ព.ស ថ្មីនេះ។

ជារួមមក យើងពិបាកសម្រេចថាមួយណាត្រូវ មួយណាខុសណាស់ដោយហេតុថា ផ្នត់គំនិតរបស់ប្រជាជនមួយក្រុមផ្អែកទៅលើក្បួនខ្នាត ប៉ុន្តែមួយក្រុមទៀតផ្អែកទៅលើទម្លាប់នៃការអនុវត្តទូទៅ។ ដូច្នេះយើងត្រូវចាំទាំងអស់គ្នា រវាងភាពខុសគ្នានៃការកំណត់យក ព.ស ថ្មី នេះគឺ៖

- ថ្ងៃប្រាព្ធពិធីបុណ្យវិសាខបូជា (ត្រឹមត្រូវតាមក្បួនខ្នាតព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនា)
- ថ្ងៃចូលឆ្នាំប្រពៃណីជាតិខ្មែរ (ធ្វើតាមទំលាប់តៗគ្នា)។
