បន្ទាប់ពីឆ្លងកាត់ដំណើរការជ្រើសរើសប្រកបដោយសុក្រឹតភាពជាមួយបេក្ខជនឆ្នើមៗមកពីបណ្តាប្រទេសក្នុងតំបន់អាស៊ីមក សមិទ្ធផលផ្នែកសិក្សា និងគម្រោងសារណាស្រាវជ្រាវរបស់លោក បានទទួលការវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ពីគណៈកម្មការនៃសាកលវិទ្យាល័យបញ្ញាសាស្ត្រកម្ពុជា និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ Teikyo។

The management team of the Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia's Institute of Foreign Languages (PUC-IFL) and PUC CARES Club proudly celebrate the remarkable achievement of Mr. Mann Udomvathananu, a former PUC CARES Public Speaking Trainer and Program Developer and current PUC CARES Public Speaking Advisor, who has been selected as one of Asia's Top 3 recipients of the MEXT Japanese Government Scholarship to pursue his Master's Degree at Teikyo University, Japan.

Following a highly competitive selection process involving outstanding candidates from across Asia, Mr. Udomvathananu's exceptional academic performance and research thesis proposal earned top recognition from both Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia and Teikyo University.
