សកម្មភាពឈ្លានពានដោយប្រដាប់អាវុធរបស់ថៃបានបង្កឱ្យមានការខូចខាតយ៉ាងធ្ងន់ធ្ងរ ដោយគិតត្រឹមថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥នេះ ជនស៊ីវិលបានបាត់បង់ជីវិតកើនឡើងរហូតដល់ចំនួន ៩នាក់ (ទារក ១នាក់) និងរងរបួសជនស្លូតត្រង់ចំនួន ៤៦ នាក់។

ក្នុងន័យនេះ កម្ពុជាសូមអំពាវនាវឱ្យសហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិថ្កោលទោសយ៉ាងម៉ឺងម៉ាត់ ចំពោះការរំលោភបំពានសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមស្តីពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពរវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃ និងសកម្មភាពឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មសង្គ្រាមខុសច្បាប់របស់ថៃម្តងហើយម្តងទៀតនេះ ដោយទាមទារឱ្យថៃទទួលខុសត្រូវទាំងស្រុងចំពោះការរំលោភបំពានដ៏កំរោលនេះ។

កម្ពុជាអំពាវនាវឱ្យថៃបញ្ឈប់រាល់អរិភាពជាបន្ទាន់ ដោយដកកម្លាំងចេញពីដែនអធិបតេយ្យរបស់កម្ពុជា និងចៀសវាងសកម្មភាពឈ្លានពានដែលគំរាមកំហែងដល់សន្តិភាព និងស្ថិរភាពនៅក្នុងតំបន់។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ កម្ពុជាអំពាវនាវឱ្យភាគីថៃ ងាកមកគោរពកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀមបទឈប់បាញ់ សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមស្តីពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាព និងកាតព្វកិច្ចទាំងឡាយនៅក្រោមច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិឱ្យបានម៉ឺងម៉ាត់ ស្មោះត្រង់ និងដោយសុច្ឆន្ទៈពិតប្រាកដ។

The Thai armed aggression has caused serious damage. As of December 10, 2025, the toll includes 9 civilian fatalities (including one infant) and 46 civilian injuries.

In this sense, Cambodia calls on the international community to strongly condemn Thailand's violations of the Joint Declaration and its repeated war crime and unlawful activities, as well as demands that Thailand take full responsibility for such brazen violations.

Cambodia urges that Thailand immediately stop all hostile activities and withdraw its forces from Cambodia's territorial integrity, and avoid acts of aggression that threaten peace and stability in the region. At the same time, we call on the Thai side to firmly honour the Ceasefire Agreement, the Joint Declaration, as well as the obligations under international law with sincerity, in good faith and goodwill.

នៅថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ វេលាម៉ោង ១៥:៤៥នាទី យោធាថៃផ្លោងគ្រាប់កាំភ្លើង១៥៥មម ចំនួន ២គ្រាប់ចូលបឋមសិក្សាខ្វាវលិច ឃុំស្វាយចេក ស្រុកស្វាយចេក ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ។ សកម្មភាពដ៏កំរោលរបស់យោធាថៃនេះ ជាការបើកការបាញ់ប្រហារ ដោយមិនរើសគោលដៅបាញ់ចូលទីប្រជុំជនដែលមានប្រជាពលរដ្ឋស៊ីវិលរស់នៅ ពិសេសជាសាលារៀនរបស់កុមារ។

ក្រសួងការពារជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា សូមប្រកាសថ្កោលទោសយ៉ាងដាច់អហង្ការចំពោះទង្វើ អមនុស្សធម៌ដ៏សាហាវឃោរឃៅនេះ ហើយនេះបង្ហាញយ៉ាងច្បាស់ការណ៍ដែលភាគីថៃបានរំលោភ បំពាន លើបទឈប់បាញ់ និងសេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍រួមស្តីពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាពរវាងកម្ពុជានិងថៃ” ដែលភាគី ទាំងពីរបានចុះហត្ថលេខាកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ដែលចុះហត្ថលេខាដោយនាយករដ្ឋ មន្ត្រីនៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជា និងថៃ ក្រោមសាក្សីរបស់ឯកឧត្តម ដូណាល់ ត្រាំ ប្រធានាធិបតីសហរដ្ឋអាម៉េរិក និងឯកឧត្តម អាន់វ៉ា អ៊ីប្រាហ៊ីម នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីម៉ាឡេស៊ី និងជាប្រធានអាស៊ាន។

Please be informed about the situation along the Cambodia-Thailand border regarding the Thai military forces’ initiated attack on Cambodia's sovereignty, civilian residences in the 5th Military Region:

On December 10, 2025, at 3:45 p.m., the Thai military fired two 155mm shells into Khvav Lekh Primary School, located in Svay Chek Commune, Svay Chek District, Banteay Meanchey Province. This cruel act was an indiscriminate attack on civilian areas, specifically targeting a children's school.

The Ministry of National Defence of the Kingdom of Cambodia condemns in the strongest possible terms the inhumane and brutal acts undertaken by the Thai side. Such action clearly is a grave breach of the Ceasefire Agreement and the Joint Declaration between Cambodia and Thailand, signed by both parties on October 26, 2025, with the auspicious witness of the U.S. President Donald J. Trump and Malaysian Prime Minister, H.E. Anwar Ibrahim, in his capacity as the ASEAN rotating Chair.
