In this application period, promotion seminars will be held in Phnom Penh and online.

សិក្ខាសាលាបិទបញ្ចប់គម្រោងកសាងមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះសម្រាប់វិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យ ហៅកាត់ថា E-TEC បានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅថ្ងៃទី ២៥ ខែ វិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ ២០២២ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ហង់ ជួនណារ៉ុន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអប់រំ យុវជន និងកីឡា និងលោកស្រី កាមេយ ហារូកុ ប្រធានទីភ្នាក់ងារ JICA ប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យ ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ បុគ្គលិកអប់រំ និងអង្គការដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍នានា។ ចាប់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ ២០១៧ មក គម្រោង E-TEC បានផ្តល់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេសរយៈពេលប្រាំមួយឆ្នាំក្នុងការបង្កើតមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះចាំបាច់នានាសម្រាប់កម្មវិធីអប់រំគ្រូបង្រៀនរយៈពេលបួនឆ្នាំ ដំបូងគេនៅកម្ពុជា ដែលបានជួយដល់ការកែទម្រង់ការអប់រំគ្រូបង្រៀន។
On 25th November 2022, the Project for Establishing Foundations for Teacher Education College (E-TEC) Project Closing Seminar was held presided-over by H.E Dr. Hang Chuon Naron, minister of the ministry of education, youth and sports, and Ms. KAMEI Haruko, Chief Representative of JICA Cambodia Office, his excellency, educational staff and representative of NGO/development partners. Since 2017, E-TEC project has provided six-year technical cooperation to establish the necessary basic foundations for the first four-year teacher education in Cambodia which is to support the teacher education reforms.

【JICA Monitoring Mission on E-TEC Project】
From October 17 to 25, 2022, a monitoring mission from JICA headquarters visited E-TEC project. They visited PTEC, BTEC, and application schools to interview TEC management, teachers, graduates, primary and lower secondary school teachers, and other relevant personnel to confirm the results of the project for six years, and to identify issues to be addressed.

2022年10月17～25日、JICA本部より運営指導調査団がE-TECプロジェクトを視察に訪れました。PTEC及びBTEC、協力校などを訪問し、TEC管理職や教員、卒業生、小中学校教員ら関係者にインタビューを行い、6年間のプロジェクトの成果と課題を確認しました。

【BTEC Annual Review Meeting】
On October 17-18, 2022, an Annual Review Meeting was held at BTEC, bringing all TEC staff and our E-TEC Japanese members together. Previously held jointly with PTEC, this was the first time for BTEC to hold the meeting independently. Representatives from each Subject Departments, IQA Office, Academic Office, etc. presented their activities during this year and shared their achievements and challenges. Based on the results, they also had group discussions in each Subject Department and Office to make their respective plans for the next academic year.

សិក្ខាសាលាប្រចាំឆ្នាំស្តីពីការត្រួតពិនិត្យឡើងវិញនូវកម្មវិធីអប់រំនៃវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យបាត់ដំបង (BTEC) បានធ្វើឡើងចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៧ ដល់ទី១៨ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ ដោយមានការចូលរួមពីបុគ្គលិកអប់រំទាំងអស់នៃវិទ្យាស្ថាននិងអ្នកជំនាញការគម្រោងE-TEC។ កន្លងមកការត្រួតពិនិត្យឡើងវិញនូវកម្មវិធីអប់រំគឺធ្វើឡើងរួមគ្នាជាមួយវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យភ្នំពេញ (PTEC) នេះគឺជាលើកទីមួយហើយដែលសម្រាប់ BTEC ដែលរៀបចំឡើងដោយខ្លួនឯង។ តំំណាងបុគ្គលិកអប់រំមកពីដេប៉ាតឺម៉ង់នីមួយៗ ការិយាល័យធានាគុណភាពផ្ទៃក្នុង(IQA) ការិយាល័យសិក្សា ។ល។ បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញស្តីពីសកម្មភាពការងារដែលបានអនុវត្តនិងបានចែករំលែកលទ្ធផលសម្រេចបាននិងបញ្ហាប្រឈម។ ផ្អែកតាមលទ្ធផលសម្រេចបាន ពួកគាត់បានធ្វើការពិភក្សាជាក្រុមតាមដេប៉ាតឺម៉ង់និង ការិយាល័យដើម្បីរៀបចំផែនការសកម្មភាពសម្រាប់ឆ្នាំសិក្សាក្រោយ។
【BTEC年次レビュー会合】
2022年10月17～18日、BTECにおいて全職員が一堂に会した年次レビュー会合が行われ、我々E-TEC日本人メンバーも参加しました。これまではPTECと合同で行っていましたが、今回は初めてBTEC単独で実施されました。各教科部やIQAオフィス、アカデミック・オフィス等の代表が今期1年間で各々が実践した活動を発表し、その成果と課題を皆で共有しました。また、その結果に基づいて、各教科部やオフィスに分かれて、グループディスカッションを行い、来期に向けたそれぞれの計画を立てました。

【PTEC Annual Review Meeting】
On October 6-7, 2022, an Annual Review Meeting was held at PTEC, bringing all PTEC staff together in the main hall of PTEC. PTEC staff reviewed activities and program implemented during this year, such as the implementation of the new syllabi for the teacher education program, action research, practicum, lesson study, and internal quality assurance (IQA), and shared their outcomes and challenges. Based on the results, they also had group discussions in each subject department and office to make their respective plans for the next academic year.
