ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី៣ ដល់ទី៥ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ គម្រោង S-TEC, Output 4 បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាលើកទី៣ប្រកបដោយជោគជ័យ របស់ខ្លួននៅវិទ្យាស្ថាន PTEC ដោយបានប្រមូលផ្តុំគ្រូឧទ្ទេសដែលមានឆន្ទៈខ្ពស់មកពី PTEC, BTEC និង KCTEC — សរុបប្រមាណ ៩០ នាក់ — ដើម្បីជំរុញវិធីសាស្ត្រនៃការរៀនតាមបែបចម្រុះ (Blended Learning) និងការរៀនតាមបែបត្រឡប់ (Flipped Learning)។

បន្ថែមពីនេះ យើងបានធ្វើសកម្មភាពតាមដាន (Follow-up activity) នៅ KCTEC កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១៣ ខែសីហា ដើម្បីពង្រឹងសម្ភារៈឧបទេសរបស់គ្រូឧទ្ទេសនៅ KCTEC និងការរៀបចំសម្រាប់បង្រៀនជាក់ស្តែង។ អ្នកចូលរួមបានសហការគ្នាយ៉ាងសកម្ម ដើម្បីបង្កើត និងកែសម្រួលសម្ភារៈបង្រៀនរបស់ពួកគេ ដោយផ្អែកលើបទពិសោធន៍ក្នុងថ្នាក់រៀនជាក់ស្តែង។

ចំណុចសំខាន់បំផុតដែលទទួលបានពីសកម្មភាពទាំងនេះគឺ ការសហការប្រកបដោយភាពឆ្លាតវៃជាមួយ AI (Smart AI Collaboration)។ ជាជាងការចម្លងយកទាំងស្រុងនូវខ្លឹមសារដែលបង្កើតដោយបញ្ញាសិប្បនិមិត្ត (AI) គ្រូឧទ្ទេសរបស់យើងបានវាយតម្លៃប្រកបដោយការគិតស៊ីជម្រៅ និងរៀបចំលទ្ធផលនីមួយៗឱ្យស្របទៅនឹងគោលបំណងនៃការបង្រៀនយ៉ាងច្បាស់លាស់។ ពួកគេបានបង្ហាញថា AI ដំណើរការបានល្អបំផុតនៅពេលដែលយើងប្រើប្រាស់វាជាជំនួយការដ៏មានសក្តានុពល។ អ្នកជំនាញរបស់យើងបានចែករំលែកនូវយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រគន្លឹះស្តីពីការសរសេរពាក្យបញ្ជាប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព (Effective Prompt Communication) និងរបៀបរៀបចំមេរៀនឱ្យមានរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធល្អ និងស៊ីសង្វាក់គ្នា។

From August 3–5, 2026, the S-TEC project successfully hosted its 3rd Workshop of Output 4 at PTEC, bringing together passionate lecturers from PTEC, BTEC, and KCTEC — approximately 90 participants in total — to advance Blended and Flipped Learning methods.

Additionally, we conducted a follow-up activity at KCTEC on August 13 to strengthen KCTEC lecturers' materials and prepare them for their actual lessons. Participants worked collaboratively with great energy to build and revise their materials based on practical classroom experience.

The biggest takeaway from these activities was Smart AI Collaboration. Rather than simply copying AI-generated content, our lecturers critically evaluated and aligned every output with clear pedagogical intention. They demonstrated that AI performs at its best when used as a powerful assistant. Our experts shared key strategies on Effective Prompt Communication and how to design consistent, well-structured lessons.

លទ្ធផលទី១នៃគម្រោង S-TEC ៖ សិក្ខាកាមជំនាន់ទី២ បានរៀបចំការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវមេរៀនបែបបើកទូលាយជាសាធារណៈ (Open-house Lesson Study) នៅវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យបាត់ដំបង កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៦ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ និងនៅវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ សម្រាប់ការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវមេរៀនទូទាំងសាលា (School-wide Lesson Study) និងនៅថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ សម្រាប់ការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវមេរៀនបែបបើកទូលាយជាសាធារណៈ។

មានអ្នកចូលរួមសរុបចំនួន ៤២០នាក់ មកពីស្ថាប័នអប់រំនានាបានចូលរួមសង្កេតមើលការបង្រៀនស្រាវជ្រាវមុខវិជ្ជាគណិតវិទ្យារបស់ពួកគេ។ ផ្អែកលើបាឋកថាណែនាំអំពីការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវមេរៀន និងការបង្រៀនគណិតវិទ្យាតាមបែបដោះស្រាយបញ្ហា (TTP) ដែលធ្វើបទបង្ហាញដោយសាស្ត្រាចារ្យ Fujii Toshiakira អ្នកចូលរួមបានស្វែងយល់ពីខ្លឹមសារដែលបានស្នើឡើងនៅក្នុងសំណើមេរៀនស្រាវជ្រាវ មុននឹងឈានទៅសង្កេតមើលការបង្រៀនជាក់ស្តែង។ សមាជិកជំនាន់ទី១ និងទី២ បានដឹកនាំការពិភាក្សាក្រុមយ៉ាងស៊ីជម្រៅអំពីវិធីសាស្ត្របង្រៀន ដែលជួយឱ្យកុមារចេះគិតដោយឯករាជ្យ និងមានហេតុផលផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន។

អ្នកចូលរួមមានការចាប់អារម្មណ៍យ៉ាងខ្លាំងចំពោះវិធីសាស្ត្របង្រៀនតាមរយៈ TTP ហើយមានសំណួរជាច្រើនត្រូវបានលើកឡើងនៅក្នុងវគ្គសំណួរ-ចម្លើយ ដូចជា៖
១. តើកន្លែងណាដែលល្អបំផុតសម្រាប់គ្រូឈរ និងស្តាប់ ខណៈពេលអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យសិស្សពន្យល់ពីចម្លើយរបស់ពួកគេក្នុងថ្នាក់រៀន?
២. តើទីតាំងណាដែលល្អបំផុតសម្រាប់លោកគ្រូអ្នកគ្រូដែលចូលរួម ដើម្បីសង្កេតមើលការបង្រៀន?
៣. តើគ្រូគួរដើរមើល និងជួយគាំទ្រសិស្សយ៉ាងដូចម្តេចក្នុងអំឡុងពេលពួកគេដោះស្រាយបញ្ហា?
៤. តើត្រូវព្យាករណ៍ទុកជាមុននូវចម្លើយរបស់សិស្ស ដើម្បីប្រៀបធៀប និងពិភាក្សា (NERIAGE) នៅក្នុងថ្នាក់ឱ្យកាន់តែសកម្មដោយរបៀបណា?

សូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅដល់លោកគ្រូអ្នកគ្រូនៅសាលាអនុវត្ត និងសមាជិកក្រុមការងារ លោក ធី សុផាត លោក ឃុត សុខា និងលោកស្រី កៅ ប៊ូម៉ាលីន ដែលបានបន្តជំរុញឱ្យកិច្ចសហការលើការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវមេរៀនក្នុងឆ្នាំទី២ របស់យើង ដំណើរការទៅមុខយ៉ាងរលូន ជាមួយនឹងគ្រូឧទ្ទេសនៃវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យ។

The S-TEC Project’s Output1 – the 2nd cohort conducted the Open-house Lesson Study at Battambang Teacher Education College on July 26, 2026; and at Phnom Penh Teacher Education College on July 29, 2026 for the School-wide Lesson Study and on July 30, 2026 for the Open-house Lesson Study. There were 420 participants from education institutions joined to observe their mathematics research lessons. Based on the introductory lectures about the Lesson Study and Teaching mathematics Through Problem-solving (TTP) presented by Prof. Fujii Toshiakira, understand the contents proposed on their research lesson proposal then to observed the research lesson. Cohort 1&2 members lead group discussions more deeply in the way to teach children think independently with their own reason. The participants interested in the way to teach through TTP and many questions raised in the Q&A session as below:

1-　Where is the best place for the teacher to stand and listen while letting children to explain their answer in the class?
2-　Where is the best place for the participating teachers to observe lessons?
3-　How should the teacher walk-around and support children during solving the problem?
4-　How to predict the anticipated answers from children to compare and discuss (NERIAGE) in the class more actively?

ការលើកកម្ពស់ការរៀនសូត្រតាមបែបចម្រុះ (Blended Learning) ដោយប្រើប្រាស់បញ្ញាសិប្បនិម្មិត៖ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី ១៦ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី ១៩ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ គម្រោង S-TEC បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាលើកទី ២ របស់ខ្លួន ដោយផ្អែកលើមូលដ្ឋានគ្រឹះដែលបានបង្កើតឡើងក្នុងខែមិថុនា។

វគ្គសិក្ខាសាលានេះ បានប្រមូលផ្តុំសាស្ត្រាចារ្យមកពីវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ (PTEC) និងវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យខេត្តកំពង់ចាម (KCTEC) ដែលបានធ្វើការម្នាក់ៗក្នុងការរចនាវគ្គសិក្សារបស់ពួកគាត់ ដោយប្រើប្រាស់សន្លឹកកិច្ចការដើម។ សិក្ខាកាមម្នាក់ៗបានអភិវឌ្ឍកញ្ចប់មេរៀនពេញលេញមួយ ដែលរួមមាន៖

តាមរយៈដំណើរការដដែលៗនៃការរចនា ការសាកល្បង និងការកែលម្អខ្លឹមសារដែលបង្កើតដោយ AI សិក្ខាកាមបានស្វែងយល់កាន់តែស៊ីជម្រៅអំពីរបៀបអនុវត្ត AI ឱ្យមានន័យក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍវគ្គសិក្សា—ព្រមទាំងរបៀបវាយតម្លៃលទ្ធផលរបស់វាដោយស្មារតីរិះគន់ ប្រៀបធៀបទៅនឹងគោលបំណងអប់រំច្បាស់លាស់។

យើងមានសេចក្តីសោមនស្សរីករាយជាខ្លាំង ដែលបានឃើញសិក្ខាកាមមកពី KCTEC បន្តការងាររបស់ពួកគាត់បន្ទាប់ពីសិក្ខាសាលា និងបានចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ជាមួយសហការីជាគរុកោសល្យាចារ្យ។ ក្រុមការងារ S-TEC នឹងបន្តគាំទ្រការវិវត្តនេះ តាមរយៈបញ្ជីត្រួតពិនិត្យរបស់អ្នកជំនាញ និងការផ្តល់មតិត្រឡប់ផ្អែកលើរូបរិក (Rubric)។

Advancing Blended Learning with AI:

From July 16–19, 2026, the S-TEC Project, held its 2nd Workshop, building on the foundation established in June.

This session brought together lecturers from Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC) and Kampong Cham Teacher Education College (KCTEC), who worked individually to design their own courses using the original worksheet. Each participant developed a complete lesson package covering:

1 Lesson plan
2 Lesson video (or presentation slides)
3 Assessment
4 Teaching (and learning) material
5 Homework

Through an iterative process of designing, testing, and refining AI-generated content, participants deepened their understanding of how to apply AI meaningfully in course development—and how to critically evaluate its output against clear educational objectives.

We are especially encouraged to see KCTEC participants continuing their work after the workshop and sharing insights with fellow teacher educators. The S-TEC team will continue supporting this progress through expert checklists and rubric-based feedback.

Thank you to all participants for their dedication to educational innovation. We look forward to the 3rd Workshop in early August.

[របាយការណ៍សិក្ខាសាលាលើកទី១ អំពីការសិក្សាតាមបែបចម្រុះ]

ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១៥ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១៨ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ក្រុមការងារ S-TEC សហការជាមួយអ្នកជំនាញផ្នែកអប់រំតាមប្រព័ន្ធអេឡិចត្រូនិក (e-Education) បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលារយៈពេលបួនថ្ងៃ នៅវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យខេត្តកំពង់ចាម (KCTEC)។

សិក្ខាសាលាលើកទីមួយនេះ បានផ្តោតលើ "ការសិក្សាតាមបែបចម្រុះ" (Blended Learning) ដោយសង្កត់ធ្ងន់ជាពិសេសលើវិធីសាស្ត្របង្រៀនបែបត្រឡប់ (Flipped Learning) និងការរៀបចំថ្នាក់រៀន។ ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នេះបានជំរុញឱ្យមានកិច្ចសហការ និងការចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍រវាងសហសេវិកដែលជាគ្រូឧទ្ទេសមកពីវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ (PTEC) និងគ្រូឧទ្ទេសនៅវិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យខេត្តកំពង់ចាម (KCTEC)។

សកម្មភាពសំខាន់ៗ៖

* ថ្ងៃទី១៖ បានណែនាំគោលគំនិតស្នូលនៃការរៀបចំការបង្រៀនបែបត្រឡប់ ដល់សិក្ខាកាមជាង ៧០នាក់ ដោយផ្តោតលើសង្គតភាពនៃការណែនាំ ( Instructional consistency) តាមដំណាក់កាលនីមួយៗ គឺមុនពេលថ្នាក់រៀន អំឡុងពេលថ្នាក់រៀន និងក្រោយពេលថ្នាក់រៀន ព្រមទាំងការរចនាទម្រង់វាយតម្លៃមុនចូលរៀន។
*​ ថ្ងៃទី២៖ បានរៀបចំវគ្គអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែង ដែលក្នុងនោះគ្រូឧទ្ទេសមកពី PTEC និង KCTEC បានធ្វើការរួមគ្នាដើម្បីផលិតមាតិកាវីដេអូអន្តរកម្ម (Interactive video content) ស្លាយត៍បទបង្ហាញ និងសម្ភារវាយតម្លៃផ្សេងៗ។
* ថ្ងៃទី៣៖ បានបង្ហាញពីការបញ្ចូលឧបករណ៍ AI សម្រាប់ការផលិតវីដេអូអប់រំ និងការបញ្ចូលសំឡេង។ ថ្ងៃដដែលនោះត្រូវបានបញ្ចប់ទៅដោយការធ្វើបង្ហាញការបង្រៀនចំនួនពីរមេរៀន និងការពិភាក្សាក្រុមរួមគ្នា។

គម្រោង S-TEC សូមសម្តែងនូវការដឹងគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះសិក្ខាកាម និងដៃគូទាំងអស់ សម្រាប់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការ និងការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តចំពោះនវានុវត្តន៍ក្នុងវិស័យអប់រំ។

សិក្ខាសាលាលើកទីពីរ ត្រូវបានគ្រោងទុកថានឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅពាក់កណ្តាលខែកក្កដាខាងមុខនេះ។

From 15 to 18 June 2026, the S-TEC team, in collaboration with an e-Education expert, conducted a four-day workshop at Kampong Cham Teacher Education College (KCTEC).

This first workshop focused on "Blended Learning," specifically emphasizing flipped learning methodologies and classroom design. The event fostered peer-to-peer collaboration between key lecturers from Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC) and their counterparts at KCTEC.

Key Activities:
Day 1: Introduced the core concepts of flipped learning to over 70 participants, focusing on instructional consistency across the before-, during-, and after-class stages, as well as pre-class assessment design.
Day 2: Held a practical session where PTEC and KCTEC lecturers worked together to develop interactive video content, presentation slides, and assessment materials.
Day 3: Demonstrated the integration of AI tools for generating educational videos and voiceovers. The day concluded with two lesson demonstrations and a plenary group discussion.

The S-TEC project extends its appreciation to all participants and partners for their collaboration and commitment to educational innovation.
The second workshop is scheduled for mid-July.

នៅចន្លោះថ្ងៃទី២៨ ខែឧសភា និងថ្ងៃទី២-៣ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ សាលាបឋមសិក្សាអនុវត្តរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ និងអនុវិទ្យាល័យអនុវត្តអូរបែកក្អមនៃ វិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ - Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC) ព្រមទាំងសាលាបឋមសិក្សាអនុវត្តន៍ និងអនុវិទ្យាល័យអនុវត្តន៍នៃ វិទ្យាស្ថានគរុកោសល្យបាត់ដំបង - Battambang Teacher Education College (BTEC) — ក្រោមការគាំទ្រ និងកិច្ចសហការយ៉ាងស្អិតល្មួតពីសំណាក់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងសាស្ត្រាចារ្យនៃវិទ្យាស្ថានទាំងពីរ — បានរៀបចំការបង្រៀនមេរៀនស្រាវជ្រាវ (Research Lesson) សម្រាប់ការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវមេរៀននៅកម្រិតទូទាំងសាលាប្រកបដោយជោគជ័យ។ ស្ថិតក្រោមប្រធានបទស្រាវជ្រាវរួមដែលផ្តោតលើ "ការបង្រៀនតាមរយៈការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហា" (TTP) ក្រុមការងារស្រាវជ្រាវរបស់គម្រោង S-TEC បានបង្កើតបរិយាកាសសិក្សាយ៉ាងរស់រវើក ដែលជម្រុញឱ្យសិស្សានុសិស្សមានសមត្ថភាពគិតគូរពិចារណាបានស៊ីជម្រៅ និងដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាដោយឯករាជ្យ។ លោកគ្រូ-អ្នកគ្រូទាំងអស់មកពីសាលាអនុវត្តបានចូលរួមសង្កេតមេរៀនស្រាវជ្រាវលើមុខវិជ្ជាគណិតវិទ្យា វិទ្យាសាស្ត្របឋម និងរូបវិទ្យា ព្រមទាំងបានរួមចំណែកចែករំលែកនូវអ្វីដែលបានរកឃើញ និងបទពិសោធន៍ដែលទទួលបាន អំឡុងពេលកិច្ចពិភាក្សាក្រោយការបង្រៀន។ តាមរយៈការគាំទ្រដ៏មានតម្លៃមិនអាចកាត់ថ្លៃបានពីសំណាក់ក្រុមសាស្ត្រាចារ្យមកពី International Math-teacher Professionalization Using Lesson Study(IMPULS) កិច្ចពិភាក្សាក្រោយការបង្រៀនទាំងនេះបានផ្តល់នូវទស្សនទានយ៉ាងសម្បូរបែប ក្នុងការផ្សារភ្ជាប់ចំណេះដឹងទ្រឹស្តីនិងការអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែង រួមមានទាំងការប្រើប្រាស់សំណួរគន្លឹះៗដើម្បីតម្រង់ទិស និងជម្រុញការគិតរបស់សិស្សឱ្យកាន់តែស៊ីជម្រៅ ព្រមទាំងការប្រមូលភស្តុតាងជាក់ស្តែងនៅក្នុងថ្នាក់រៀន ដើម្បីស្វែងយល់ពីតថភាពពិតរបស់សិស្ស និងសក្តានុពលរបស់ពួកគេក្នុងការរៀនសូត្រពីគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក។

កិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងទាំងអស់នេះ មិនមែនកើតឡើងត្រឹមតែក្នុងថ្ងៃបង្រៀនមេរៀនស្រាវជ្រាវនោះឡើយ។ យើងទាំងអស់គ្នាដឹងយ៉ាងច្បាស់ថា លោកគ្រូ-អ្នកគ្រូបានលះបង់ពេលវេលា និងកម្លាំងកាយចិត្តយ៉ាងច្រើនលើសលប់ ដើម្បីរៀបចំផែនការមេរៀនស្រាវជ្រាវ(Research Lesson Proposal) របស់ពួកគេយ៉ាងម៉ត់ចត់ជាមួយមិត្តរួមការងារ ដោយបានឆ្លៀតពេលធ្វើការងារនេះទាំងកំពុងរវល់ក្នុងភារកិច្ចប្រចាំថ្ងៃរបស់ខ្លួន ដើម្បីត្រៀមលក្ខណៈឱ្យបានល្អបំផុតសម្រាប់ថ្ងៃនោះ។

ព្រឹត្តិការណ៍សិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវមេរៀនកម្រិតសាធារណៈ (Open-House Lesson Study 公開授業研究) ដែលនឹងខិតជិតមកដល់៖ នាពេលខាងមុខ ក្រុមការងារកំពុងរៀបចំផែនការសម្រាប់មេរៀនស្រាវជ្រាវបន្ទាប់ ដែលនឹងត្រូវរៀបចំឡើងជាលក្ខណៈ "ការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវមេរៀនកម្រិតសាធារណៈ" ដើម្បីចែករំលែកលទ្ធផលស្រាវជ្រាវ និងទទួលយកមតិស្ថាបនា ក៏ដូចជាបទពិសោធន៍នានាពីសំណាក់អ្នកចូលរួមសង្កេតថ្នាក់រៀនទាំងអស់គ្នា ទៅតាមកាលវិភាគដូចខាងក្រោម៖

Our second year’s journey of School-wide Lesson Study
Between May 28 and June 2–3, 2026, the Phnom Penh Teacher Education College (PTEC) attached primary and lower secondary school and the Battambang Teacher Education College (BTEC) attached primary and lower secondary school—by strong support and collaboration with PTEC&BTEC faculty members—successfully conducted research lessons for their School-wide Lesson Study. Under the overall research theme focused on Teaching Through Problem-Solving (TTP), S-TEC research team proposed to create an engaging environment where students were empowered to think critically and solve problems independently. All attached school teachers observed the research lesson in mathematics and science/physics and contributed to share their findings and learnings during the post-lesson discussion. With the invaluable support of the IMPULS professor team, these post-lesson discussions offered rich insights to bridge practical and theoretical knowledge, including key questions for guiding questions to prompt deeper student thinking and gathering concrete classroom evidence to understand the reality of our students and their potential to learn from each other.
These all efforts are not just about the day of the research lesson only. We all know the teachers are dedicating a tremendous amount of time and effort to carefully plan their research lessons alongside their colleagues, squeezing in this work between their daily duties, all in preparation for the day.

They are currently planning the next research lessons, which will be organized as Open-House Lesson Study to share their research and invite any findings from all observers, scheduled as follows:

We have successfully held our kick-off for Output 4 activity in collaboration with DGTED, PTEC, and the PTTC/RTTC in Kampong Cham. Our Output 4 is aiming at "Existing TEC teacher educators are ready to support new TECs in implementing teacher education programs using digital technologies".

The journey towards transforming education through technology starts here. Through this initiative, we expect to strengthen the digital capabilities of lecturers at PTEC and the newly established KCTEC (Kampong Cham TEC), thereby accelerating improvements in the quality of TECs.
