YOUTH4YOUTH is a youth initiative project of Learning for Success Center, working for sustainable life styles of the youth in Cambodia. Why We Do This!

LSC Youth4Youth Project - "Nothing for Youth Without Youth" is one of Learning for Success Center's Project established in October, 2011. Purpose: to empower Cambodian Youth to get a better careers and success in life. We Believe in Youth. Youth are the Core Instrument for Prosperity and Peace. We believe that it is our responsibility to play an active role as Cambodian citizens; we commit to make

positive changes for sustainable youth life-styles and social development. The prosperity of a nation does not depend on the quantity of youth but the quality of its youth. Of course Khmer says: 1. Youth are the successors of the bamboo shoot; 2. Youth are force for change; 3. Youth are the future of our nation. We work toward for one common interest of young people and international understanding for a better future through contribution to address youth challenges as below:

- Lack of Communication and Presentation Skill
- Lack of Relationship and Network
- Having Degrees, but not Enough Quality to Perform.
- Lack of Experience, Skills and Attitude
- Lack of Right Thinking Foundation
External:
- Challenging Competitors
- Being influenced by short-term thinking
- Integration of ASEAN Employment Markets in 2015
- Well-Prepared ASEAN Youth on KASAH

How We Do! We do through meetings, workshops, public youth events. We inform, motivate, inspire, and empower ourselves and others to be part of the youth network and the change. We learn from each other and help each other!

វិទ្យាស្ថានសិក្សាដើម្បីជោគជ័យនិងHEDC រៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល OPERACY ស្តីពី គន្លឹះពង្រឹងអំណាចផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន ជោគជ័យ និងភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ ដែលនឹងប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅថ្ងៃទី១៩-២០ នឹង២៦-២៧ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០១៥ បង្រៀនដោយ លោកគ្រូ ស៊ីវ ស្រេង។

ក្រុមការងាររៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល នៃវិទ្យាស្ថានសិក្សាដើម្បីជោគជ័យសូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅដល់សិក្ខាកាម
ដែលចូលរួមវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល OPERACY នៅ ថ្ងៃទី២២-២៣ និង២៩-៣០ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០១៥។ យើងខ្ញុំសូមគោរពជូនពរដល់អ្នកចូលរួមទំាងអស់ មានសុខភាពល្អ សុភមង្គលក្នុងគ្រួសារ និងជោគជ័យគ្រប់ភារកិច្ចការងារ។

ម្ចាស់ក្រុមហ៊ុននានាចង់បានប្រាក់ចំណេញនិងទំនុកចិត្តពីអតិថិជន។ ប៉ុន្តែបញ្ហា គឺបុគ្គលិកខ្វះស្មារតីទទួលខុសត្រូវ ខ្វះការគិតស៊ីជម្រៅ ងាយធា្លក់ទឹកចិត្ត និងឆាប់បោះបង់ការព្យាយាម ។ល។
បើលោកអ្នកមានបញ្ហាទាំងនេះ សូមបញ្ជូនបុគ្គលិកចូលរួមវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលពិសេសស្តីពី “ គន្លឹះជំរុញលើកទឹកចិត្តបុគ្គលិក” ឧទ្ទេសនាមដោយលោកគ្រូ ឃីម~សុខហេង នៅថ្ងៃអាទិត្យ ទី៣០ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០១៥។
