About the Fellowship: Local challenges call for local innovations and change agents. TFC is a homegrown non-profit organization that supports exceptional Cambodian youth to become leaders through our two-year Leadership Development Program in public schools. With a fully-funded Master of Education and rigorous professional training and coaching, you can transform yourself and develop skills as a leader which are transferable to any career. If you can inspire change in a challenging school, you can bring resilience, learning orientation, efficiency, and creativity to any environment, wherever your career takes you.
More than 30 youth leaders in Cambodia have joined our Fellowship in 2018 directly impacting over 5,000 children in public schools. Prior to the Fellowship, they were fresh university graduates, existing teachers, working professionals in engineering, information technology, psychology, social work, chemistry, professional communications, education, law…etc. All TFC Fellows share a deep belief that every child in Cambodia can and will shape a better future for themselves, their families and for all of us.
