on the biggest Change #
Embracing the philosophy of continuous improvement πΏ Kaizen is the key to living our best lives every day π±
Why is it so important to live the life that constantly changes if our pattern of behavior almost repeated itself?
I bet we all are so curious on the book of change, iching, kaizen and many more in the set of theories of changes. The only one thing I notice matter at the current is that if we do not want to waste so much time in browse through this struggle on repeated ourselves back and fore into the same pattern that we normal do in the past several years, we have to change. And how? definitely the thing we shall focus on at the stage of the high chance in biggest change. Find out what is that our main focus and get it from there. I said for an example in my previous months of living; I really do need to focus on my healthy routine. It got to be somewhere in between why am I moving here at the first place. It is more nature. Then it comes to living cost is way a lot cheaper. The same issue occurs, If i have to sit and look at the reflection over the past few weeks, I had done a very bad jobs to develop my mindset over changes. I drank coffee way too hard, I had too many meat meal and cause lot of trouble for my body. I have to be more conscious now to be able to keep living in the constant change and one of the highest concentration shall be, stay healthy at all cost. Keep my strong physical practice by lower down the acid in my blood that could cause my bloodstream quite a struggle in term of movement. Eating as less meat as possible. And remain swimming using it as one type of physical exercise and entertainment. Walk in the nature, time to breath again after long period of resting and healing with my lower back injury. It is not the end to keep constant and stay on top of the game. Iβm sure Iβm back in intensive sport in no time.
The example of above statement is the way to concentrate in the process of asking ourselves questions and most importantly to find what is the route that block us from getting toward our goal in term of change. Therefore, from that distant we all can also work on what is best solutions step by step with references; why we do need to do that for us? Does this make us feel good at the now? Will it be going to continue making us feel better later?
Our mind will accept the fact that we have plan for it. And it will reactivate the habit once we keep practicing this method mindfully. May you all getting to learn something so do I and be kind to ourselves, keep self compassion as the major on the personal growth.

I'm moving on Take down my chest pain by wake up in the same old debt that I do not think I would like to prolonging. 15 Years down payment it said on my contract for the 27 square meters studio apartment I was loving so much at the very strange timing call mid-post covid-19. After 18 months from the empty space....

I open my heart to listen to your voice. Suddenly I totally forgot who am I dealing with. I start to develop a feeling for something I do not mean to. May be I am a problem. Now that I notice my matter of thought. I am going to give us a try for that how open my heart shall be. I have to let go of small thing. I have to accept that this is us now. Distance, love, friendship, doesnβt matter how we call it. We are who we are and nothing we can compare or complain about it. One day we will walk the path, but another day we just lay down under the same sky in different country we are in. I will keep doing the thing I know best, so do you.
