Christmas gifts at the Kracheh Center

Thank you to all the sponsors and friends of Imparting Smiles who took the time to write a Christmas note or help send money for Christmas gifts. We've been preparing for the big day and the kids are all getting excited to celebrate the birth of Christ. Merry Christmas!

Teaching the story of the birth of Jesus.

Some of the older students at Imparting Smiles help to run weekly children’s ministries in the surrounding villages. This past week they put together little gifts to hand out for Christmas in one of the villages. They taught about the story of Christmas and wanted to make it special for the kids as well. The gifts were just simple things like toothbrushes and toothpaste, but the kids sure seemed excited to receive them. One little six-year-old boy was overheard exclaiming, “Oh wow! I even got shampoo!”

Kind of puts life into perspective.
