Kindergarten and Grade 1 students came together with their families for Spotlight on the Arts, sharing their learning through gallery displays and performing arts informances.
Unlike a traditional performance, an informance is designed to educate: families are invited into the learning process, not simply presented with a final product. Students rotate through engagements and displays, giving parents a genuine window into what happens in our creative spaces every day.
These experiences give students authentic opportunities to share their learning, build confidence, and feel proud of their achievements, while helping families better understand how the arts support creativity, self-expression, communication and inquiry within the PYP.

After two months of inquiry and collaboration, Grade 5 shared their learning journey with the ISPP community and beyond.
This was the culmination of their skill development and knowledge building throughout the PYP Programme, a real example of what "each making a difference" looks like.
Thank you to all the mentors who supported these students, coordinated by our PYP coordinator, Ms Anika, and the Grade 5 team.

Last week, our Elementary Student Council turned Earth Day into a full week of learning with daily slideshows, seed planting, read-alouds and a poetry contest for students from EY to Grade 5.
It was a great example of our values in action. Our young leaders took the initiative to raise awareness and inspire their peers to think differently about the world we share and to do something about it.
