The goal of the Maritime and Inland Waterway Socioeconomic Observatory is to provide research and specific outlook on the fisheries and maritime transport.

The Maritime and Inland Waterways Observatory is part of the sub-project "Achieving research sustainability in the National University of Management: Setting-up a National Maritime and Inland Waterways Observatory". It is part of the global project of the World Bank called "Higher Education Quality Capacity Improvement Project".

Dockside, EU project DOCKSIDE aims to improve the quality of education and research at Khmer HEIs by promoting multidisciplinary research in Environment and Maritime fields. DOCKSIDE is a capacity building project co-funded by the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union

You could have the report free of charge at the Research Department (Building F, 4th Floor, Room 17) or at the School of Graduate Studies in the National University of Management. Very soon a soft copy of the report will be available.

In the report you could find the following topics: Implementation of the World Bank's project, Overviews of the sectors of Fisheries and Seaborne Trade, Research Project of creation of composite Indicators and Sustainability of the Observatory.
