On 11 November 2023 from 2:30pm to 4:00pm, the Soft Skills and Leadership Development Center (SSLDC) of The University of Cambodia conducted a Panel Discussion on "Soft Skills and Self-Improvement" whereby four Public Speaking Alumni shared their insights with our participants. One of the four Public Speaking Alumni shared her experience before and after taking the Public Speaking Training Program with SSLDC, where she improved her self-confidence to speak in front of people and could ask questions in class confidently. In addition, our three Panelists also discussed the importance of soft skills and how those soft skills obtained from the training have helped them both in their studies at university and at their workplace.

It was a full house of over 40 participants who attended the Panel Discussion. Most of them were university students, and one of whom was a 12th Grade student travelling from Kompong Thom province to participate in our event.

The SSLDC at The University of Cambodia is strongly committed to continuing our mission to promote, inspire and empower our students to join soft skills trainings to help them become better personally, academically, and professionally.

The Soft Skills and Leadership Development Center (SSLDC) would like to extend an invitation to you to take part in the "Panel Discussion: Soft Skills and Self-improvement" on behalf of The University of Cambodia.

The Panel Discussion aims to help participants understand the different types of soft skills and their importance in the workplace for those working as well as in the classroom for those who are still studying.

The University of Cambodia will organize a Research Orientation, with the following topics:

1. How to write a Master’s Project Report (MPR)

2. How to write a Doctoral Dissertation

Note on the enrollment fee:
1. For all UC existing students: $5.
2. For all non-UC students: $150.

Certificate: Each participant in this Research Orientation program will receive a Certificate of Participation in this training session.

The Research Orientation program will be organized at The University of Cambodia, with the following date and venue:
