We need both 'hard' and 'soft' skills for meaningful

The reflective nature of coaching helps people make sense of what they've learned

It reinforces all the knowledge and experience that comes hard and fast in hours and hours of lectures and reading.

Congratulations to the winners of the Most Innovative Teachers' Award 2020!
Thanks to The Phnom Penh Post for the article and this interview with the winner.

Thol Chanthorn was just a high school teacher who had earned a degree in mathematics and had taught within his major for several years. While working as a teacher he has further developed his skills in maths and studied computer programming as part of his lifelong pursuit of knowledge.
