ផែនការមេខេត្តជាប់ឆ្នេរសមុទ្រកម្ពុជា គឺជាគម្រោងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ដ៏ធំរយៈពេល ១៥ឆ្នាំ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ដែលមានបំណងប្រែក្លាយខេត្តព្រះសីហនុ កោះកុង កំពត និងកែប ទៅជាតំបន់សេដ្ឋកិច្ចពិសេសពហុបំណង និងជារបៀងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចប្រទាក់ក្រឡា។ ផែនការមេនេះ នឹងទាក់ទាញការវិនិយោគមហាសាលលើវិស័យអាទិភាពដូចជា៖ ឡូជីស្ទីក, កសិឧស្សាហកម្ម, ផលិតកម្មបច្ចេកវិទ្យាកម្រិតខ្ពស់, ឧស្សាហកម្មសមាហរ័ណ, ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម, ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធទីក្រុងទំនើប, ថាមពលបៃតង, និងទេសចរណ៍ ដែលនឹងបង្កើតការងាររាប់សិបម៉ឺនកន្លែង និងជួយឲ្យកម្ពុជាអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ចសង្គមប្រកបដោយចីរភាព និងសម្រេចបាននូវ ចក្ខុវិស័យកម្ពុជា២០៥០។
The Cambodia Coastal MPSEZ Master Plan is the Royal Government of Cambodia's 15-year mega development project to transform Preah Sihanouk, Koh Kong, Kampot, and Kep provinces into a multi-purpose special economic zone and comprehensive economic corridor. The Master Plan will attract massive investment in priority sectors such as logistics, agro-industry, high-tech manufacturing, integrated industries, trade, modern urban infrastructure, green energy, and tourism, which will create hundreds of thousands of jobs and help Cambodia achieve a sustainable socio-economic development and the Cambodia 2050 Vision.
