L&D Cambodia is an independent project established for L&D practitioners to engage, discuss and learn from one another. More importantly, through our activities, we aim to seek solutions and break the L&D implementation barriers as well as promote more effective L&D implementation in Cambodia's workplaces. 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗟&𝗗 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀 (slogan): We aim to eliminate the wrong judgement from senior management and business owners on L&D implementation, drive discussions and engagements on L&D issues and solutions as well as contribute to developing more L&D practitioners to fulfil the market needs for more experienced L&D professionals.

Join us to celebrate the 15th anniversary of The Capacity Specialists, who has also been a strategic partner to L&D Cambodia since May 2023, a month after it was founded.

As a strategic partner, The Capacity Specialists have been supporting us with technical knowledge and sending their experienced specialists (as volunteers) to speak at our events multiple times, including our monthly workshops and annual conferences, both in person and virtually from overseas.

Yesterday, L&D Cambodia successfully conducted its last event of 2025 on "𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗞𝗣𝗜𝘀." The event covered performance management essentials, setting the stage with Pheaktra Kong - គង់ ភក្រ្តា, President of L&D Cambodia, and effective KPIs design by B**g Chanvisal Sok, Senior Manager of L&D and Performance Management at Sokimex Investment Group.

Stay tuned for more learning and upskilling events by L&D Cambodia, currently recognized as 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝘁 𝗟&𝗗 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 in the country. Founded in March 2023, we have consistently organized 26 monthly learning workshops, 3 annual L&D conferences, and 1 L&D roundtable, accounting for about 700 participants in attendance.

Special thanks to The Institute of Banking & Finance Cambodia (IBF) for their continued support in allowing us to use their training room free of charge.

𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗢𝗣𝗦𝗜𝗦
This 3-hour, fully facilitated simulation lets participants experience onboarding as a new hire—end to end. Using ClassIn as the live environment, we orchestrate a spaced journey that replaces one-hour manager monologues with short, plain-language AI videos built in Colossyan. Attendees move through branching storylines (choose office, role, or field scenario), see how policies/SOPs become bite-size explainers, and feel the cadence of day-0, day-7, and day-30 touchpoints with nudges, polls, and micro-assessments.

We close with a fast debrief through the People–Process–Tech lens: experience design that reduces overload, a repeatable run-of-show for hybrid cohorts, and a tech stack that scales across sites. As a value add, our team runs an on-site “AI Video Concierge” to convert one submitted policy/SOP into a ≤3-minute Colossyan avatar video per organization.
