⚡ How a Star-Delta Starter Works

Starting a large industrial motor on full voltage can cause a massive current spike. That’s where a Star-Delta starter comes in!

Here is how it works step-by-step:
🔄 Stage 1 (Star): Starts the motor at a reduced voltage. This safely drops the starting current by about 33% to protect your power supply.
🚀 Stage 2 (Delta): Once the motor gains speed, a timer automatically switches it to Delta mode for full voltage, full torque, and continuous running.

📊 Swipe to see the exact current, torque, and voltage curves during the start-up sequence!

⚠️ Keep in mind: Because Star mode reduces current, it also reduces torque. This starter is perfect for pumps and fans, but not ideal for heavy, high-inertia starting loads.
