សាកលវិទ្យាល័យភូមិន្ទនីតិសាស្ត្រ និងវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រសេដ្ឋកិច្ចមានកិត្តិយស សូមជម្រាបជូនដំណឹងដល់សាធារណជនទាំងអស់ជ្រាបថា សាកលវិទ្យាល័យនឹងបើកបណ្តុះបណ្តាលថ្នាក់បណ្ឌិតជំនាន់ទី២ ចាប់ពីថ្ងៃទី១ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦តទៅ ដែលមានជំនាញចំនួន៧ដូចខាងក្រោម៖

It is a kindly reminder that the Royal University of Law and Economics will accept the online applications fo PhD programs until August 15, 2025 for the first cohort which will start from October 1, 2025 in the following areas:

• Doctor of Laws
• Doctor of Business
• Doctor of Public Administration

• Doctor of Information of Technology

Please be informed that the applications for the above doctoral programs in Khmer, English or French is now available.
For those who apply for doctoral program in Khmer program: TOEFL IBT 61 scores or ឬTOEFL 500 scores or TOEFL ITP 500 or IELTS 5.0
For those who apply for doctoral program in English: TOEFL from 600 or IELTS from 6.5 is required
For those who apply for doctoral program in French: DELF or DALF is required

School fee: $5000/year, registration fee is $100 when submitting hard copies of applications. Our staff will inform the applicants to pay the registration fee when we close the link on August 15, 2025.
