មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលវោហារ ក្នុងនាមជាស្ថាប័នស្រាវជ្រាវមួយនៅកម្ពុជា និងជាសមាជិកនៃបណ្តាញពុទ្ធិរបស់កិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការមហាអនុតំបន់មេគង្គ ត្រូវបានអញ្ជើញឱ្យចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំបច្ចេកទេសស្តីពីបរិវត្តកម្មប្រព័ន្ធកសិ-ចំណីអាហារប្រកបដោយចីរភាពនៅក្នុងមហាអនុតំបន់មេគង្គ (GMS) ដែលបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅទីក្រុងហាណូយកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៨-២៩ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះរៀបចំឡើងក្រោមក្របខ័ណ្ឌគាំទ្ររបស់បណ្តាញពុទ្ធិ GMS ដោយមានការចូលរួមចម្រុះពីសំណាក់អ្នកសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវមកពីប្រទេសសមាជិក GMS និងមន្ត្រីរដ្ឋាភិបាល GMS ដើម្បីធ្វើការផ្លាស់ប្តូរនិងផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ទស្សនទាន ព្រមទាំងរួមគ្នាសហបង្កើតដំណោះស្រាយគោលនយោបាយសម្រាប់ជំរុញបរិវត្តកម្មប្រព័ន្ធកសិ-ចំណីអាហារប្រកបដោយចីរភាព និងភាពធន់នៅក្នុងមហាអនុតំបន់មេគង្គ។

លោក សំអាត ច័ន្ទសុមានិត ប្រធានមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលវោហារបានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំបច្ចេកទេស និងបានចូលរួមចំណែកជាទស្សនទាន ក៏ដូចជាធាតុចូលសំខាន់ៗនៅក្នុងកិច្ចពិគ្រោះយោបល់កម្រិតអនុតំបន់នេះ ដើម្បីបង្រួមគម្លាតរវាងដំណោះស្រាយផ្នែកពុទ្ធិ និងដំណោះស្រាយនៃការអនុវត្តជាក់ស្តែងនូវគោលនយោបាយក្នុងវិស័យកសិ-ចំណីអាហារ។ កិច្ចពិភាក្សាត្រូវបានបែងចែកជាបីក្រុមសំខាន់ៗ ដែលមានខ្លឹមសារមូលបទដូចខាងក្រោម៖

• មូលបទទី១ ក្រុម១៖ ខ្សែច្រវាក់តម្លៃប្រកបដោយចីរភាពសម្រាប់ប្រព័ន្ធកសិ-ចំណីអាហារប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន និងប្រកួតប្រជែងនៅក្នុងមហាអនុតំបន់មេគង្គ
• មូលបទទី២ ក្រុម២៖ ការកាត់បន្ថយការបំភាយឧស្ម័នកាបូនក្នុងវិស័យកសិ-ចំណីអាហារនៅក្នុងមហាអនុតំបន់មេគង្គ
• មូលបទទី៣ ក្រុម៣៖ ពុទ្ធិ និងនវានុវត្តន៍សម្រាប់បរិវត្តកម្មប្រព័ន្ធកសិ-ចំណីអាហារប្រកបដោយចីរភាពនៅក្នុងមហាអនុតំបន់មេគង្គ។

អ្វីដែលជាលក្ខណៈពិសេសនៃវេទិកានេះ គឺការចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មពីសំណាក់មន្រ្តីរដ្ឋាភិបាលដែលមកពីប្រទេសសមាជិក GMS និងស្ថាប័នសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវដែលជាសមាជិកនៃបណ្ដាញពុទ្ធិរបស់ GMS។ នេះគឺជាអភិក្រមដ៏ល្អដែលសម្រួលដល់ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរទស្សនទានផ្នែកគោលនយោបាយ និងឧត្ដម្មានុវត្តន៍ផ្នែកក្របខ័ណ្ឌគតិយុត្តយ៉ាងស៊ីជម្រៅ ដោយធានាបានថាលទ្ធផលនៃសេចក្តីសង្ខេបគោលនយោបាយនឹងត្រូវបានសំយោគឱ្យឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការជាក់ស្ដែងរបស់រដ្ឋាភិបាលប្រទេសសមាជិក GMS។ តាមរយៈការចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មនេះ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលវោហារនឹងបន្តពង្រឹងការប្តេជ្ញា ក្នុងការចូលរួមចំណែកគូសវាសជាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ និងផ្ដល់ដំណោះស្រាយផ្នែកពុទ្ធិដែលមានមូលដ្ឋានស្រាវជ្រាវច្បាស់លាស់ សម្រាប់ជំរុញបរិវត្តកម្មប្រព័ន្ធកសិ-ចំណីអាហារប្រកបដោយចីរភាព សំដៅកសាងភាពធន់ផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរយៈពេលវែងនៅក្នុងមហាអនុតំបន់មេគង្គ។

HANOI, VIET NAM — VOHAR-Strategic Sight Center, a think-tank based in Cambodia and member of the GMS Knowledge Network was invited to attend the Technical Meeting on Sustainable Agrifood Systems Transformation in the Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS), held in Hanoi from April 28–29, 2026. Organized under the auspices of the GMS Knowledge Network, the meeting convened a diverse participatory approach among GMS researchers, academic experts, and GMS government officials to exchange country-specific insights, validate views, and co-create policy solutions to foster sustainable and resilient Agrifood systems transformation in the Greater Mekong Subregion.

Mr. Samath Chansomanith, President of VOHAR-Strategic Sight Center, attended the technical meeting and contributed in inputs to subregional consultations aimed at bridging the gap between knowledge solutions and practical policy implementation. The technical discussions were strategically divided into three Communities of Practice (COPs), addressing the following core thematic pillars:

• COP 1: Sustainable Value Chains for Inclusive and Competitive Agrifood Systems in the GMS.
• COP 2: Low-Carbon and Emission Reduction in the GMS Agrifood Sector.
• COP 3: Knowledge and Innovation for Sustainable Agrifood Transformation in the GMS.

A distinguishing feature of this forum was the inclusive participation from GMS member government delegations, think-tanks, and academia. Their participatory approach facilitated a robust exchange of policy and regulatory best practices, ensuring that the resulting policy briefs are demand-driven and directly responsive to the knowledge needs of GMS governments. Through this engagement, VOHAR-Strategic Sight Center continues to reinforce its commitment to contribute the strategic foresight and evidence-based knowledge solutions necessary for sustainable agrifood transformation and long-term economic resilience within the Greater Mekong Subregion.

ផតខាសជាស៊េរីក្រោមមូលបទ “ចក្ខុវិស័យកម្ពុជាឆ្នាំ ២០៥០” របស់មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលវោហារ នឹងបន្តចាក់ផ្សាយនៅពេលឆាប់ៗខាងមុខនេះ ជាមួយនឹងផតខាសទី២ ដែលជជែកជុំវិញ ប្រធានបទ “ការតភ្ជាប់វិស័យដឹកជញ្ជូននៅកម្ពុជា” ដោយមានការចូលរួមចែករំលែកដោយផ្ទាល់ពីឯកឧត្តម ឈៀង ពេជ្រ អគ្គនាយកភស្តុភារកម្ម នៃក្រសួងសាធារណការ និងដឹកជញ្ជូន និងសម្របសម្រួលដោយលោក សំអាត ច័ន្ទសុមានិត ប្រធានមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលវោហារ។

នៅវគ្គមុន យើងបានជជែកអំពីបរិយាកាសគាំទ្រការវិនិយោគនៅកម្ពុជា នាវគ្គនេះយើងនឹងបន្តជជែកជុំវិញប្រធានបទ “ការតភ្ជាប់វិស័យដឹកជញ្ជូននៅកម្ពុជា” ដែលសុទ្ធសឹងជាកត្តាសំខាន់សម្រាប់គាំទ្រដល់ការកែលម្អបរិយាកាសវិនិយោគ និងបង្កើនភាពប្រកួតប្រជែងខ្ពស់ តាមរយ:ការកសាងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធរូបវន្ត និងអរូបវន្ត ឆ្ពោះទៅរកការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រព័ន្ធដឹកជញ្ជូនអន្តរមធ្យោបាយ និងភស្ដុភារកម្មដែលមានការតភ្ជាប់ខ្ពស់ និងភាពប្រទាក់ក្រឡា ទាំងផ្ទៃក្នុងប្រទេស និងជាមួយតំបន់។

Chhieng Pich, Director General of Logistics of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, as a distinguished speaker and Mr. Samath Chan Somanith, President of VOHAR Center as a moderator.

In the previous episode, we deliberately discussed the enabling investment environment in Cambodia. In this episode, we will further discuss on “Transport Connectivity in Cambodia”, which plays a crucial factor in improving investment climate and contributing to enhancing competitiveness through the building of physical and non-physical infrastructure towards the development of interconnected intermodal transport and logistics systems in the Kingdom and the wider region.
