With the strong support of the IE Club, our IE Freshmen at Paragon International University are given the opportunity to experience the full spectrum of Industrial Engineering from the very beginning.

Instead of waiting until senior years, our students are exposed early to all core domains of IE:

🔹 Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Understanding primary and secondary transportation systems, and hands-on exposure to warehouse operations and material flow.

🔹 Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
Learning spreadsheet fundamentals, advanced Google Sheets formulas, and automation through App Script to transform raw data into actionable insights.

🔹 Manufacturing Management
Exploring Lean principles, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and 5S practices to understand operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

🔹 Manufacturing Tools & Design
Developing technical drawing skills using SolidWorks and bringing designs to life through 3D printing in our IE Lab.

Through this integrated exposure, our freshmen gain a complete picture of Industrial Engineering — understanding how logistics, data, manufacturing tools, and management interconnect. This foundation allows them to connect the dots more effectively in later semesters when courses become more technical and specialized.

On 5 February 2026, ParagonU’s Industrial Engineering students visited the Cart tire Cambodia (Sailun Tire) factory to bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world industrial practice.🎓

This visit gave our students valuable exposure to how manufacturing and operations management concepts are applied in real factories in Cambodia, from conventional production practices to modern automated systems.
