The Ambassador’s Youth Council (AYC) was established in 2012 to empower young leaders from across Cambodia. AYC serves as a platform for Cambodian youth to:

● Engage on issues that matter to young people
● Provide youth perspectives and input on U.S. Embassy programs and U.S. policies in Cambodia
● Design and implement community projects that raise awareness on various issues.

Beyond being an advisory body, AYC members actively lead initiatives and volunteer projects that create real, lasting social impact nationwide.

📣 Who can apply?

If you are a Cambodian youth (ages 18–25) who is passionate about volunteerism, leadership, and social change — this opportunity is for you!
-Please ensure you meet the other following criteria:
-Be able to communicate in English
-Possess some knowledge of social issues or project management
-Demonstrate leadership skills and teamwork
-Available to attend all required monthly Ambassador's meetings and monthly internal meetings
-Highly committed to the Council for a two-year mandate of volunteer service
-Hold membership in The Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI). To become a member, please sign up via:
