នៅថ្ងៃទី ២៣ ដល់ថ្ងៃទី ២៦ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៦ ក្រុមនិស្សិតរបស់យើងមានកិត្តិយសដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់បំផុតក្នុងនាមជាក្រុមតំណាងឱ្យកម្ពុជា និងសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ RULE ចូលរួមកម្មវិធីប្រកួតសវនាការប្រឌិតនូរែមប៊ឺក ២០២៦ ដែលប្រារព្ធឡើងនៅវិមានប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រ “Nuremberg Palace of Justice” ក្នុងប្រទេសអាល្លឺម៉ង់ ដែលជាទីតាំងកាត់ទោសឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មអន្តរជាតិលើកដំបូងបង្អស់បន្ទាប់ពីសង្គ្រាមលោកលើកទី២។

ចំណោម ១៣៧ ក្រុមទូទាំងពិភពលោក ក្រុមរបស់យើងបានជាប់ក្នុងចំណោមក្រុមចំនួន ៤០ ដែលមានពិន្ទុខ្ពស់បំផុតក្នុងដំណាក់កាលសរសេរសារណា ដើម្បីបន្តទៅប្រកួតនៅដំណាក់កាលធ្វើសេចក្ដីថ្លែងការណ៍ផ្ទាល់ មាត់។ ជាលទ្ធផល ក្រុមរបស់យើងក៏បានជាប់ចូលដល់វគ្គ ១៦ ក្រុមចុងក្រោយ បន្ទាប់ពីទទួលបានជ័យជំនះក្នុងវគ្គជម្រុះផ្ទាល់មាត់ដំបូងទាំងពីរជុំ។
គួរឱ្យកត់សម្គាល់ នេះជាលើកទី ៣ ហើយ ដែលក្រុមមកពីសាកលវិទ្យាល័យRULE បានឈានចូលដល់វគ្គ ១៦ ក្រុមចុងក្រោយ។
ក្រុម RULE-ELBBL នៃកម្មវិធីប្រកួតសវនាការប្រឌិតនូរែមប៊ឺក ២០២៦ មានសមាជិកដូចខាងក្រោម៖

សមិទ្ធផលដ៏អស្ចារ្យនេះមិនអាចកើតមាននោះទេ បើគ្មានការគាំទ្រពីគ្រូបង្វឹករបស់ក្រុម គឺលោកសុខ ច័ន្ទវិជ័យសម្បត្តិ រួមជាមួយនឹងការណែនាំ និងគាំទ្រពីរៀមច្បងរួមមាន៖ កញ្ញា ជា ដាលីនណា កញ្ញា ហ៊ន សុខងីម កញ្ញា រស់ សំណាងថាយ៉ាវត្តី និងកញ្ញា តាំង គឹមសួ ដែលបានលះបង់ពេលវេលា ព្រមទាំងកម្លាំងកាយចិត្ត ដើម្បីបង្ហាត់បង្រៀន និងផ្ដល់ការណែនាំដល់ក្រុមកន្លងមក។

Huge Congratulations to RULE–ELBBL Nuremberg Team for qualifying for the TOP 16 round at the Nuremberg Moot Court Competition 2026!

From July 23–26, our team had the honor of representing Cambodia and our university at the Nuremberg Moot Court 2026 in Nuremberg, Germany, held at the historic Palace of Justice, where the first international criminal trials took place after WWII.

Selected as one of 40 teams from 137 teams worldwide to compete in the oral rounds, our team advanced to the Top 16 after winning both preliminary rounds, marking the third time a team from our school has qualified for the Top 16 round.

RULE-ELBBL Nuremberg Team 2026, consisting of:

Khmer-Language Moot Court Competition 2026

The Clinical Legal Education (CLE) of the English Language-Based Bachelor of Law(ELBBL) Program at the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) is organizing a Khmer-language Moot Court Competition for third- and fourth-year law students.

The competition focuses on Cambodian national laws and the Cambodian judicial system, providing students with an opportunity to develop practical legal knowledge and courtroom skills.

Benefits of Participating
Participants will have the opportunity to:
• Gain a deeper understanding of Cambodian criminal court procedures and the different stages of criminal proceedings.
• Visit relevant institutions, including courts, the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, law firms, and the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC).
• Receive specialized training from legal professionals and experts.
• Conduct legal research on relevant laws and facts, and analyze legal issues in order to protect the lawful rights and interests of clients.
• Learn how to develop an appropriate defense theory, including requesting an acquittal or mitigation of punishment.
• Develop questioning techniques, confidence, and advocacy skills for courtroom proceedings.
• Learn effective methods for preparing and delivering closing arguments and statements.
· Opportunity for the Winning Team; The first-place winning team will be selected to represent ELBBL-RULE in the 2026 ECCC Moot Court Competition organized in connection with the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC).

We proudly congratulate the 2026 RULE-ELBBL team for their outstanding performance at the IBA International Criminal Court (ICC) Moot Court Competition, held in The Hague, the Netherlands, from 12–19 June 2026. 🇳🇱

Competing against 94 teams from 48 countries, the team proudly represented Cambodia and the Royal University of Law and Economics, achieving:

• 52nd in the Overall Team Rankings
• 90/100 in Defense Memorial
• 95/100 in Government Counsel Pleading (Ms. Chin Kimyi) against India and Uzbekistan
• 91/100 in Defense Counsel Pleading (Mr. Muth Sovannara) against the Republic of Ireland and Taiwan
