៙កាលនោះចុងឆ្នាំ២០០៥ ខ្ញុំរៀននៅវៀតណាម មានបងប្រុសម្នាក់ឈ្មោះវណ្ណា បានផ្ញើតំណវិបមួយអំពីអក្សរខ្មែរបុរាណ។ ខ្ញុំបានចូលមើលតាមតំណវិបនោះ ខ្ញុំបានមើលអក្សរខ្មែរនិងអក្សរផ្សេងៗទៀតជាច្រើន ហើយខ្ញុំជាប់ចិត្តជាខ្លាំងនឹងអក្សរទាំងនោះ វាធ្វើឱ្យខ្ញុំចង់បង្កើតប្រព័ន្ធអក្សរមួយសម្រាប់ប្រើប្រាស់ផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន គំនិតនេះបានដក់ជាប់ក្នុងចិត្តខ្ញុំ។ ប៉ុន្មានថ្ងៃក្រោយមក ខ្ញុំអង្គុយនៅពីមុខកុំព្យូទ័ររបស់ខ្ញុំ ហើយខ្ញុំគិតអំពីការបង្កើតអក្សររបស់ខ្ញុំ គិតចុះគិតឡើង ខ្ញុំក៏សម្លឹងឃើញបាតដៃរបស់ខ្ញុំ ស្រាប់តែគំនិតមួយបានផុសឡើង នោះគឺខ្ញុំត្រូវបង្កើតអក្សរតំណាងឱ្យម្រាមដៃ ហេតុដូច្នោះទើបអក្សរសកលដំបូងមានគំនូសតំណាងឱ្យម្រាមដៃដូចក្នុងរូបទាំងនេះ។ ថ្ងៃទី ០៥ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ ២០០៥ ខ្ញុំបានកត់ត្រាប្រព័ន្ធអក្សរនោះចូលក្នុងសៀវភៅកំណត់ហេតុរបស់ខ្ញុំ និងកំណត់ថា តួអក្សរ សម្រាប់មនុស្សពិការភ្នែក ឯសញ្ញាដៃ សម្រាប់មនុស្សគថ្លង់។ ខ្ញុំបានហៅប្រព័ន្ធអក្សរនោះថា #អក្សរម្រាម។
» At that time, in late 2005, while I was studying in Vietnam, a brother named Vanna sent me a web link about ancient Khmer script. I visited that web link, I looked at the Khmer script and many other scripts, and I was so obsessed with them that it made me want to create a writing system for personal use, this idea stuck in my mind. . A few days later I was sitting in front of my computer and I was thinking about creating my letters, thinking and thinking, then I looked at my hand, suddenly an idea popped up and it was I had to create a script representing my fingers. Therefore, the first X script letters had finger-like symbols as in these pictures. On November 5, 2005, I recorded that script in my journal. I called that writing system .

» Later, a younger brother named To Mich, who was in the room with me, told me that deaf people use sign language and lip reading. This information made me very interested, I searched for more information about deaf people, I also thought "I shall not make this script just for me, I must make it for the benefit of the disabled". After a few days of research, I learned about some organizations in Cambodia that work with the deaf.

» I decided that I had to come to Cambodia to see firsthand people with disability who are deaf. I did not have enough money, so I borrowed money from one of my friends named Bora to buy a flight to Cambodia during the Vietnamese New Year holiday.
៙ពេលមកដល់ខ្មែរ ខ្ញុំបានទៅសាលារៀនមួយរបស់អង្គការគ្រួសារថ្មី (Krousar Thmey Foundation) លោកគ្រូអ្នកគ្រូបានទទួលខ្ញុំយ៉ាងរាក់ទាក់ គាត់បានបង្ហាញខ្ញុំអំពីអក្សរប្រៃយ៍ និងការសរសេរអក្សរប្រៃយ៍ដោយប្រើប្រដាប់ចុចសរសេរ ព្រមទាំងបានឱ្យសៀវភៅអក្សរប្រៃយ៍មួយក្បាលឱ្យខ្ញុំ។ លើសពីនេះ ខ្ញុំបានសុំអ្នកគ្រូចូលអង្គុយរៀនជាមួយកុមារគថ្លង់មួយម៉ោង អ្នកគ្រូបានអនុញ្ញាត។ កុមារទាំងនេះរួសរាយ រាក់ទាក់ និងគួរឱ្យស្រលាញ់។
» When I arrived in Cambodia, I went to a school of the Krousar Thmey Foundation. The teachers welcomed me warmly, showed me Braille script and how to write Braille using slate and stylus, and gave me a book of Khmer Braille. In addition, I asked the teachers to let me to sit and learnt with the children who are deaf in a class for an hour, the teachers allowed. These kids were friendly and adorable.

» I was very happy with that experience. After that day, it added another thought to me "what can I do more to help children who are blind and children who are deaf?"៚

There've been a lot of changes since 2005 when I started creating the writing script for people with hearing disability and visual disability.
And today, I have the final version.
is the final short-cut for X (Aksar Sakal) Script Language.
for Aksar Sakal because it is written by its own script as XSSCL.
The final version allows the writing shorter and quicker; furthermore, it enables braille writing to be used in Aksarsakal too.
