កម្មវិធីគ្លីនិចច្បាប់(Law Clinic) នៃថ្នាក់បរិញ្ញាបត្រនីតិសាស្ត្រសិក្សាជាភាសាអង់គ្លេស( ELBBL) រៀបចំការប្រកួតសវនាការប្រតិដ្ឋ ជាភាសាខ្មែរ ផ្តោតសំខាន់លើច្បាប់ជាតិ និងប្រព័ន្ធតុលាការកម្ពុជា។

អត្ថប្រយោជន៍នៃការចូលរួមកម្មវិធីសវនាការប្រតិដ្ឋមានដូចជា៖
1. បានយល់កាន់តែច្បាស់ពីនីតិវិធីតុលាការព្រហ្មទណ្ឌកម្ពុជា ដំណើរនៃការកាត់ក្តីក្នុងសំណុំរឿងក្តីព្រហ្មទណ្ឌគ្រប់ដំណាក់កាលទាំងអស់។
2. ទទួលបានឱកាសទស្សនកិច្ចនៅស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដូចជាស្ថាប័នតុលាការ ,នាយកដ្ឋានប្រឆាំងបទល្មើសបច្ចេកវិទ្យា ..។.ល។
3. ទទួលបានការបណ្តុះបណ្តាលពិសេស ពីវាគ្ម័នជំនាញ។
4. ធ្វើការសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវអំពីអង្គច្បាប់ ព្រមទាំងអង្គហេតុ និងធ្វើការវិភាគ ដើម្បីការពារសិទ្ធិស្របច្បាប់របស់កូនក្តី
5. ការជ្រើសរើសទ្រឹស្តីការពារកូនក្តី (ស្នើសុំរួចផុតពីបទចោទ ឬស្ថានសម្រាល)។
6. វិធីសាស្រ្តសួរសំណួរ ទំនុកចិត្ត និងភាពក្លាហានក្នុងការតតាំងនៅក្នុងសវនាការ។
7. ការធ្វើសេចក្តីសន្និដ្ឋានមួយដែលត្រឹមត្រូវស្របតាមទ្រឹស្តីការពារ។
8. ក្រុមដែលទទួលបានជ័យលាភីលេខ១ នឹងត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើសទៅប្រកួតតំណាងឱ្យសាកលវិទ្យាល័យ (ELBBL-RULE) តុលាការប្រឌិត នៃអង្គជំនុំជម្រះវិសាមញ្ញាក្នុងតុលាការកម្ពុជា (អ.វ.ត.ក) ប្រចាំឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នេះ។

[RULE-ELBBL Intake 2025 Admission Open]

The English Language Based Bachelor of Law Program (ELBBL) is now open for entrance exam registration. ELBBL is a 3-year LL.B. program offered by RULE. The program includes three components: coursework, legal writing and research, and practical legal skills. ELBBL's exceptional curriculum offers a wide range of courses covering many fundamental areas of law. Its emphasis on legal research and writing, prestigious moot court competitions, student exchanges, internships, law clinics, and career and scholarship services equips students with the necessary skills to excel in their professions both within and outside Cambodia.

Admission Requirements:
- Pass the ELBBL English Proficiency Test; or a TOEFL score of 58-67, or an IELTS score of 6
- Pass the entrance interview

Eligibility Criteria:
- Current first-year students (foundation year); or
- Holders of a foundation year certificate for the academic year 2023-2024 or 2024-2025; or
- Holders of a bachelor’s degree
