3. Choose to overcome a little bit of pain every day.

You're mind will adapt and you'll become strong enough to overcome anything.

4. Never allow yourself to get complacent.

You have nothing to prove to others but everything to prove to yourself.

5. Shock others by far exceeding their expectations.

They should be at a loss for how you dominated them

6. You're only competing against yourself.

Run your own race, and you'll end up so far ahead of others they'll never catch you.

7. Help others and your own burden will become much lighter.

This is what being an effective leader is all about.

8. Be honest with yourself about your flaws.

Only through accepting them do you gain the power to change.

9. Surround yourself with a group of champions. Winners win together.

10. When you think you're at your maximum potential keep going. You're likely only at 40% of your potential.
