Social Worker and Care Studence Residence
Admin / Supervisory, Administration, Monitoring & Evaluation, Communications, HR

Full-time (Monday to Friday 2PM to 10PM and Saturday morning 5AM to 12M.)
$250 USD
Duties
Assist the Male Students Residence of Don Bosco Kep (age 10 to 22 years old, 100 students), in their study time, dormitory, higienics, sports and discipline.
Ensure the students fulfiil their academic duties, producing reports on each individual.
Ensure the students to follow the rule of the school and keep discipline, keeping procedures and knowing how to behave before indiscipline with due standars for child and youth protection and formation.
Follow-up all ongoing & tasks make sure objectives the students residence reached the most efficient effective manner.
Coordinate with the other Don Bosco Kep Children Fund staff activities and programs in the benefit of children and youth.
Work together with section managers to continuosly improve procedures associated with management communication ongoing & tasks.
Following procedures to ensure child and youth protection and safety inside and outside the school.
Scheduling child and youth counseling and formation.
Assist any HR management tasks required.
Teaching formation, English and any other complement skills to the students' residence.
Requirements
Social worker, phycologist or expert in children and youth formation.
Showing really love and appreciation for children and youth.
Significant experience (at least 3 years) HR management
Able work limited supervision when required.
Able take initiative show strong leadershop when required.
Able take responsibility both successes failures
Able work within logical framework - providing evidince reason desisions taken decisions required.
Able mentor staff order obtain good degree job satisfaction
Able create safe rewarding environment.
Experience together foreign nationals.
Adapatable - able learn, adapt initiate working cultures.
English profecency.
