The Angkor Intellectual Academy (AiA) envisions that our students achieve their personal excellence in order to become moral and intellectual leaders and responsible global citizens while pursuing a passion for life-long learning.
AiA offers a range of nationally and internationally recognized academic programs by MoYES including International Program (ITEP), National Program (NGEP), Fast-Track English Program (ESLP) and Information and ICT Program (ICTP).
Due to the rapid increase of our student body, we are currently seeking qualified candidates for our campuses in Kampong Speu Province.
Early Years and Primary Native English Teachers
β’ Deliver engaging, student centered lessons.
β’ Align lesson planning to grade and subject specific learning outcomes.
β’ Prepare lesson plans utilizing a variety of teaching resources and methodologies.
β’ Differentiate instruction based on both formative and summative assessment of individual studentsβ learning needs.
β’ Use ICT resources during instruction.
β’ Follow the schoolβs Health and Safety Policy.
β’ Participate in school related events as necessary.
β’ Effectively manage student behavior according to school policies.
β’ BA in Education or BA with a postgraduate diploma in education. Candidates with an MA in Teaching or an MA in Education will be given priority.
β’ One to three-year teaching experience in an international school. Newly qualified teachers are also encouraged to apply.
β’ Native English fluency.
β’ Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
β’ Ability to work alone and in a team.
β’ Sensitivity to and respect of cultural differences.
β’ Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
