🌟 សកម្មភាពចូលរួមក្នុងពិព័រណ៍អាជីព និងការងារ (Career Fair) នៅវិទ្យាល័យ ស ខេង កន្ទឺ២!

នៅថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលយុវជនឆ្នើម (FLC) ដែលជាគម្រោងរបស់ អង្គការពុទ្ធិកុមារ (PKO) បានចូលរួមក្នុងកម្មវិធីពិព័រណ៍អាជីពដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់ នៅវិទ្យាល័យ ស ខេង កន្ទឺ២ ស្ថិតក្នុងស្រុកបាណន់ ខេត្តបាត់ដំបង។ កម្មវិធីនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងយ៉ាងល្អប្រសើរដោយ Child's Dream Cambodia Network និង អង្គការ Caritas Swiss ក្នុងគោលបំណងតម្រង់ទិសវិជ្ជាជីវៈដល់សិស្សានុសិស្សប្រមាណ ៥០០នាក់។

❇️​​ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលយុវជនឆ្នើម (FLC) បាននាំយកនូវព័ត៌មានពីវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលជំនាញទន់ (Soft Skills) ភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ (Leadership) និងការត្រៀមខ្លួនសម្រាប់អាជីព (Career Readiness) ទៅចែករំលែកដល់ប្អូនៗសិស្សានុសិស្ស ដើម្បីជាទុនក្នុងការសម្រេចចិត្តជ្រើសរើសវិថីអនាគតដ៏ត្រឹមត្រូវ។

🌟 Empowering Youth at the Career Fair: Sor Kheng Kanteur 2 High School!
On March 20, 2026, the Future Leader Center (FLC), a dedicated project of the Puthi Komar Organization (PKO), participated in a dynamic Career Fair at Sor Kheng Kanteur 2 High School, Banan District, Battambang Province. This impactful event was excellently organized by the Child's Dream Cambodia Network and Caritas Swiss Organization, reaching approximately 500 students.
❇️During the fair, FLC introduced our core training programs—including Soft Skills, Leadership Development, and Career Readiness—to guide students in making informed decisions about their future career paths.

Organized by the Women and Children Protection Network of Battambang, the forum took place on February 27, 2026, at the University of Management and Economics (UME).

This forum provided a vital platform for our youth to:

🗓On February 12, 2026, our Leadership Class students at Future Leader Center (FLC) took their learning outdoors for a full-day workshop on the "Team Building" module, held at the serene Bahá'í House of Worship in Battambang.

✨ Key Reflections:
Leadership isn't about standing alone; it's about the ability to inspire and cooperate with others toward a common goal. Through various challenging and fun activities, our students learned:
✅ Communication: Effective listening and sharing ideas within a team.
✅ Trust Building: Relying on and supporting one another.
✅ Problem Solving: Working together to overcome obstacles creatively.

🌟 We believe that these real-world experiences outside the classroom are essential for shaping our students into the great leaders and effective team players of tomorrow!

📣កាលពីថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ កន្លងទៅនេះ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលយុវជនឆ្នើម (FLC) នៃអង្គការពុទ្ធិកុមារ (PKO) បានរៀបចំកម្មវិធីតម្រង់ទិស និងបង្ហាញគម្រោងជូនដល់ដៃគូពាក់ព័ន្ធ និងភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធនានា នៅឯអាហារដ្ឋាន Coconut House ក្រុងបាត់ដំបង។

❇️ #គោលបំណងសំខាន់នៃជំនួបនេះគឺ៖

✅ បង្ហាញពីសេវាកម្មបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលរបស់ FLC រួមមាន ជំនាញទន់ (Soft Skills), ការអភិវឌ្ឍភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ (Leadership Development) និងឱកាសចុះហាត់ការងារ (Internship Opportunities)។
✅ ចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ពិតៗពីកម្មសិក្សាការី (Interns) ដែលបានឆ្លងកាត់ការអនុវត្តការងារកន្លងមក។
✅ ប្រមូលមតិរិះគន់ដើម្បីស្ថាបនា និងធាតុចូលសំខាន់ៗ ដើម្បីពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការឱ្យកាន់តែប្រសើរឡើងសម្រាប់ជំហានបន្ទាប់។
