ធ្លាប់លួចស្រលាញ់គេ តែអត់ហ៊ានសារភាពប្រាប់គេអត់? ចាំដល់ពេលណា ប្រាប់គេទៅ ចម្លើយមានតែពីរទេ គឺព្រមឬមិនព្រម បើគេស្រលាញ់យើងដែរ យើងនឹងសម្រេចតាមបំណង តែបើគេបដិសេធ យើងក៏ឈប់ស្រលាញ់គេតទៅទៀត កុំឲ្យទុកយូរនាំតែពិបាកចិត្តខ្លាំង តែក៏មានករណីខ្លះគេអាចនឹងទុកឱកាសឲ្យយើងនិងគិតមើលពីយើងដែរក៏ថាបាន។
អ្នកទាំងអស់គ្នាគួរដឹងថាយើងគ្មានកំហុសទេដែលទៅស្រលាញ់គេ ហើយគេរឹតតែគ្មានកំហុសទៅទៀតដែលគេបដិសេធយើង ព្រោះវាជារឿងដែលគេពុំដឹងឡើយ មានតែយើងទេដែលដឹងថាខ្លួនឯងលួចស្រលាញ់គេ។
ឈប់ខូចចិត្តទៅ អ្វីដែលអ្នកទាំងអស់គ្នាគួរធ្វើគឺ រាប់អានគ្នាក្នុងនាមជាមិត្តភក្តិ ឬជាអ្នកដែលស្គាល់គ្នាធម្មតាទៅបានហើយ ក៏ប៉ុន្ដែក្នុងករណីដែលគេមិនផ្ដល់តម្លៃឲ្យអ្នកទាំងអស់គ្នាទេ អ្នកគួរតែផ្ដល់តម្លៃឲ្យខ្លួនឯង ធ្វើខ្លួនឲ្យល្អ ថ្លៃថ្នូរ តែត្រូវប្រាកដចិត្តថា ធ្វើនេះគឺដើម្បីខ្លួនឯងតែម្យ៉ាង មិនធ្វើដើម្បីឲ្យគេស្ដាយក្រោយ ឬផ្ចាញ់គេអ្វីនោះទេ ព្រោះគេមិនពាក់ព័ន្ធមិនដឹងមិនឮអ្វីទាំងអស់។

Have you ever crush someone but didn’t dare to tell them? How long you're waiting for? Just tell them. There are only two possible ways "yes or no". If they love you back, that’s wonderful, you’ll finally be able to do what your heart desires. But if they reject you, just stop loving them. Don’t keep it for too long, it’ll only hurt you more. You should know that, you are not wrong to loving someone. And they’re not wrong for not loving you back, because they don’t even know about your feelings. Only you know how deeply you've loved them in silence.
So, stop hurting yourself. What you should do is treat them as a friend, or simply as someone you know casually. But if they don’t see your worth, you need to value yourself. Be kind. Be graceful. But most importantly, make sure you’re doing this for you, not to make them regret anything. They aren’t involved, they don’t know, and they don’t hear the pain you carry.
Love yourself. Your worth is far greater than anything you gave to someone who never valued it.
