The Department of "KD 3".
Teacher: Akpysharov N.
Conducting practical classes on psychiatry at the "Center of Mental Health" in the city. Osh.
Classes are carried out with a demonstration of the method of examining the patient.
During classes, students got acquainted with the structure and clinical base of the Mental Health Center in the city. Osh, as well as with the clinic, diagnostics, the current of mental disorders (including mental disorders in general medicine), on the latest advances in therapy and the organization of psychiatric care. Special importance is given to the skills of differential diagnostic and communication tactics with patients considering the characteristics of each patient's disease.

Conducting practical training in psychiatry on the basis of the "Mental Health Center" in Osh.
Classes are conducted with a demonstration of the patient examination technique.
During the classes, students got acquainted with the structure and clinical base of the Osh Mental Health Center, as well as with the clinic, diagnosis, course of mental disorders (including mental disorders in general medicine), about the latest achievements in the field of therapy and organization of mental health care. In teaching students, special attention is paid to the skills of differential diagnosis and tactics of communication with patients, taking into account the peculiarities of the disease of each patient.

Conducting a practical class on family medicine based on FCSM10.
The students got acquainted with the principles of the activity of the GSA and its structure.

During the course of the teacher's class, the importance of mastering the duties of a family doctor and the personal tasks of providing primary health care to the population, regardless of age and s*x, in accordance with the regulations about the legal documents of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
- diagnostics, treatment, prevention and rehabilitation of the most common diseases;
- providing emergency and urgent medical care;
-activity in the field of palliative care;
-performance of medical manipulation;
- compliance with infectious diseases safety measures in providing medical care and carrying out medical manipulation;
-organizational and management activities.

Conducting a practical lesson in family medicine on the basis of FTSSM10.
The students got acquainted with the principles of FGP activity and its structure.

During the lesson, the teacher explained the importance of mastering the duties of a family doctor and the corresponding personal tasks for the provision of primary health care to the population, regardless of age and gender, in accordance with the regulatory documents of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- diagnosis, treatment, prevention and rehabilitation of the most common diseases;
- provision of emergency and urgent medical care;
-activities in the field of palliative care;
-performance of medical procedures;
- compliance with measures for infectious safety in the provision of medical care and the performance of medical procedures;
-organizational and managerial activities.

16.12.21 Representatives of DAKO (Department of Accreditation and Quality of Education) of Osh State University visited the classes of assistants in the Department of Clinical Disciplines 2. They paid attention to the teaching methods of students and checked the educational and methodological complex.

Lecture of pathological anatomy of IMF Osh State University in off-line mode using the PbL method.
Lecturer at the Department of Pathology, Basic and Clinical Pharmacology Seitov T.S. conducted a lesson for 2-eng to 11A -group in off-line mode using the problem-based teaching method. Students analyzed problem situations in the lesson, cases, tasks. Students actively interacted and looked for a solution to get out of the situation. They were happy, the lesson was interesting.
It should be noted that the teaching staff of the department widely uses Pbl, Cbl, Tbl, Rbl methods in teaching students. This lesson structure works to motivate them to learn.
