Должностные обязанности:

✔️Оказание административной и логистической поддержки менеджеру проекта для эффективной реализации целей и задач проекта.
✔️ Ведение и поддержка эффективной коммуникации с проектной командой и партнёрскими организациями.
✔️ Своевременное обеспечение проекта офисными принадлежностями, канцелярскими товарами и учебными материалами.
✔️ Организация хранения и ведение учёта складских запасов, офисных принадлежностей и материалов проекта.
✔️ Работа с документами и таблицами в MS Office.
✔️ Фото- и видеосъёмка мероприятий, подготовка материалов для их информационного освещения и презентации проекта.
✔️ Выполнение других административных и организационных задач.

Требования:

✔️ Высшее образование.
✔️ Опыт работы в проектах/проектной деятельности.
✔️ Хорошее владение кыргызским и русским языками; владение английским языком является преимуществом.
✔️ Навыки фото- и видеосъёмки и подготовки материалов для освещения мероприятий.
✔️ Уверенное владение MS Office.
✔️ Пунктуальность, инициативность, ответственность и умение оперативно решать проблемы.
✔️ Хорошие коммуникативные и организационные навыки.
✔️ Рекомендательное письмо от предыдущего работодателя/организации будет преимуществом.

Условия работы:

💼 Полная занятость, 5 дней в неделю.
🌆 Работа в офисе в центре города.
📆 Рабочий график: 12:00–20:00.

The English for Young Professionals (EYP) Program 2026 is back for the fall semester! On August 19–20, 33 EYP teachers from across Kyrgyzstan got together in Bishkek for a nine-hour orientation to prepare for another semester of learning and professional growth.

🇺🇸 Jonathan Pearl, Cultural Affairs Officer at the U.S. Embassy in Bishkek, joined the orientation to welcome the teachers and highlight the importance of the program.
The orientation equipped teachers with practical approaches and resources for teaching workplace English and American culture to Kyrgyz professionals.

📌 Through EYP, participants strengthen their English skills, which strengthens their opportunities to connect with U.S. companies and American educational organizations.
We wish our teachers and participants a successful and inspiring fall semester!

𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗘𝗬𝗣 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀: The U.S. Embassy in Bishkek has recognized three English for Young Professionals (EYP) teachers for their dedication and outstanding contributions to the program during the spring 2026 semester. Asel Mukarapova (Bishkek), Natavan Mamedova (Bishkek), and Aizhan Eshimbekova (Orlovka) each received a small gift in appreciation of their commitment, enthusiasm, and meaningful impact on the program’s success. Three additional teachers from the regions—Khulkharai Abdyrahmanova (Osh), Indira Imanakhunova (Karakol), and Umut Marazykova (Naryn)—were also presented with incentive prizes in recognition of their outstanding engagement and for being the most active EYP teachers in their respective regions.

During the session “Key Moments in U.S. History That Have Shaped Modern Society” on July 18, 2026, presented by Nicholas Andersen, instructors and students from the English for Aviation and English for Mining programs participated in an engaging webinar exploring the historical events that have influenced the development of contemporary American society.

The session covered significant social and technological milestones, including the Civil Rights Movement, the Space Race, and the Tech Boom. Alongside learning about the historical context and impact of these events, participants expanded their English vocabulary related to history, culture, and society.

The knowledge gained during the webinar will help instructors incorporate authentic cultural and historical content into their English classes, creating more engaging learning experiences for their students. It also strengthens participants’ intercultural awareness while enhancing the language skills needed to discuss historical, cultural, and social topics with greater confidence.
