*Opening Ceremony*

The event began with a welcome speech by the Hosts of the event, a motivational speech from the head of the International Department, followed by the co-host’s introduction. Special recognition was given to the Vice Rector, the Dean's Office, and the International Department for attending and supporting the event.

The hosts then introduced the judging panel, who were responsible for scorekeeping and fairness throughout the competition.

*Structure of the Competition*

*Round 1:* Preliminary Round

-Each team answered basic medical questions.

-The round focused on terminology, general knowledge, and accuracy.

-Teams with the highest scores advanced to the next stage.

*Round 2:* Main Quiz Round

-Conducted by the quiz master.

-Questions were more detailed, requiring deeper understanding.

-A break followed this round to allow judges to calculate scores and for students to reset.

*Round 3:* Rapid-Fire Final Round

-Top teams faced off in a high-pressure, time-limited round.

-Emphasis was placed on speed, clarity, and correctness.

-Judges closely monitored timing and responses to finalize scores.

*Judging and Scoring*

Judges evaluated each answer based on accuracy and completeness.

In the final round, partial credit was not allowed, increasing the challenge.

Final scores were announced after tallying all three rounds.

*Special Recognition & Certificates*

Certificates & trophies were awarded to all participants and winners.

-Additional certificates were presented to students who had shown outstanding academic performance and positive contributions throughout the semester. These students were not part of the competition but were recognized for their continuous effort.

*Closing Remarks*

The Hosts delivered closing remarks, thanking participants, judges, guests, and organizers. The event was described as a successful example of student-led academic engagement and interdepartmental collaboration.
