We hereby note that in accordance with the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated November 21, 2022 No.648 (On some issues of admission of foreign citizens to educational organizations implementing programs of higher professional medical education), it was established that part of the year 2022-2023 and subsequent academic years, the admission of foreign citizens is allowed in
educational organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic that provide programs of higher professional medical education that have passed international program accreditation for a period of at least three years in foreign agencies accredited by the World Federation of Medical Education.
In accordance with the provisions of the Instruction on the procedure for issuing visas of the Kyrgyz Republic, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic dated March 15, 2017 No.155, we hereby send, for information purposes, a list of universities that implement programs of higher professional medical education and have the right to admit foreign citizens.
At the moment, the following universities of the republic have passed the international program accreditation in a foreign agency (Independent Agency for Accreditation and Rating, Kazakhstan), accredited by the World Federation of Medical Education for a period of more than 3 years:
l. Kyrgyz State Medical Academy named after I.K. Akhunbaeva;
2. Osh State University;
3. International Higher School of Medicine
4. International University "Ala-Too";
5. UNPK
