As we come to the close of the 2025 academic year at A.I.C Wajir Academy, we thank God for His faithfulness and grace throughout the journey. This year has been marked by tremendous growth and transformation, especially in the area of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The Academy has continued to embrace digital learning as a key feature, equipping our learners with essential 21st-century skills that prepare them for the future. The integration of ICT into our teaching and learning process has enhanced creativity, interaction, and innovation among both learners and teachers.

Beyond academics, this year also focused on discovering and nurturing young talents through co-curricular activities. From sports, music, drama, Debate and art, learners had opportunities to express their gifts and build confidence in their abilities. The highlight of the year was the colorful and successful graduation ceremony for our PP2 learners, who are now ready to join Grade One in 2026. It was a moment of joy and pride for parents, teachers, and the entire school community as we celebrated the achievements and growth of our young stars. Truly, it has been a fruitful and memorable year at A.I.C Wajir Academy.

On 16th May 2025, A.I.C Wajir Academy and Better Future Academy jointly held an exciting inter-school debate contest at the A.I.C Wajir Academy. The event brought together Learners and teachers who gathered to witness the intellectual exchange and critical thinking showcased by the learners. The debate covered timely and thought-provoking topics that challenged the learners to articulate their ideas clearly, respond to counterarguments, and defend their positions with confidence. This friendly competition not only created a platform for academic engagement but also strengthened the spirit of collaboration between the two schools.
Such events are a vital part of the Competence Based Education (CBE) framework, which emphasizes holistic learning, creativity, and effective communication. By participating in the debate, learners were able to sharpen their public speaking skills, build self-confidence, and develop critical thinking—key competencies that go beyond the classroom. The school leadership expressed appreciation for the effort made by both institutions and encouraged more of such initiatives in the future as part of nurturing well-rounded, competent citizens.

A.I.C Wajir Academy recently celebrated the conclusion of the 2024 academic year with a vibrant and joyous ceremony, highlighting the hard work and achievements of both learners and staff. The celebration was marked with pride, especially for the graduating PP2 class, who reached this significant milestone in their early education journey.
The ceremony provided an opportunity for parents, guardians, teachers, and community members to come together and acknowledge the accomplishments of the students, particularly those in the PP2 class who took a big step forward. The young graduates, dressed in their caps and gowns, were the stars of the day, receiving their certificates amidst cheers and applause from their loved ones.
